Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Customers are mixed about the performance of the cleaning agent. Some mention that it works really well, the solution works efficiently, and the results are amazing. They like the design, functionality, ease of emptying the waste water tank, and that it worked freak on their kitchen tile and area rug. However, others say that it intensifies on carpet and it just doesn't do a good job, it's horrible performance and experience compared with the Bissells, and it'll barely suck any of it out of the carpet.

Customers are mixed about the ease of cleaning. Some mention that it does a great job cleaning the carpet in their RV, making the floors cleaner than ever. They also love the dual cleaning carpets and hard floors and the hand held to clean. However, others say that it doesn't deep clean like they had hoped it would, does not clean under the toe kicks, and doesn''t scrub well. It takes three passes minimum to hope to clean, and all that sand it gets up can't be washed out of the mechanisms.

Customers are mixed about the value of the cleaning agent. Some mention it's well worth the value, has good quality for money, and works well for the price. However, others say that it'd be a waste of money and not practical. They also say it does a very poor job of picking up the cleaning solution, and is too heavy and bulky.

Customers are mixed about the quality of the cleaning agent. Some mention that they are impressed with the quality, design and function for cleaning both types of floors. They say it's a very nice, well-put together unit with great suction. However, others say that it'd be unreliable and broke after a few uses. Opening the box: The product is extremely well packaged. You do not have to worry about scuffs, scratches, or broken pieces. As weird as this may sound, this cleaner is also extremely attractive (in comparison to other floor cleaners). It is very well made. The handle is made of some sort of metal--not plastic, and the "paint" on the body of the machine is a pretty, glittery deep red. The cord is graciously long.
Assembly: It took me less than a minute to assemble this product. All you have to do is attach the handle to the body and take off all of the protective plastic.
NOTE: This product comes with a small bottle of solution, but it does NOT come with the handheld attachment.
Carpet Use: The carpet "head" is already attached to the machine. I used it on a rug that is generally very hard to clean due to the type of carpet and the fact that some areas are raised and some are lower. This rug had a huge red stain of sweet and sour sauce (thanks, dog), and I had tried to clean it with a Hoover and Bissell carpet cleaner--even a steam cleaner, and had NO luck. This machine got the stain to nearly invisible. It also worked wonders on pet stains. I used it on "shag" type carpet (second photo) and it worked very well. I used it on that awful economy carpet (3rd and 4th photos), which usually do not come clean, and it worked very well. This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had, and I even think that it works better than the rentable machines.
Use on Hardwood: It worked so well. I have had three machines that clean hard floors, and this machine does a better job than any of those.
Use on Tile: I am in love! It works so well and even gets the grout clean.
Usage Overall: This machine has EXTREMELY STRONG suction, which is good for cleaning. However, that means that no matter how well you vacuum first, you will likely suck up carpet fibers. The machine is HEAVY, and the weight combined with the suction power makes it require physical strength/muscle in your arm and back. Further, the weight of the machine makes it hard to carry upstairs. I am 31 and did not have any issues, but I do think anyone with any physical ailments in the arm or back, or an elderly person who cannot pick up more than a few pounds, may have issues. My hand is sore (the way picking up furniture causes calluses), so, even though you'll look silly, you may want to wear a glove. However, the quality and performance of the machine makes it worth it to me.
Bonus Point: This machine teaches you patience. Yep. I am a person who doesn't have enough patience to wait on fish to bite or thread a sewing machine, but I am learning patience because of this. The instructions tell you that slow passes give the best results, and that is certainly true. You don't have to go as slow on hard floors, but the slower you go, the more dry they will be. However, you have to go slow on carpets.
Other than the weight, the only problem I have with this is that I wish the handheld attachment came with it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product.

#1 priority was tile floor, and it’s terrible for that. The swivel head makes it hard to steer and you’re basically wrestling with the thing the whole time. Three passes minimum to hope to clean, and as some reviews say, you need to go slow. Someone said about 1 minute per square foot. That might work, but it would mean 16 hours for 1,000 square feet. Not reasonable. If you only have an entry way, let’s say 6x8, that’s 48 minutes. You could do it in half the time with almost any other tool, and it will be cleaner.
#2 task was carpets. Also bad. The wrestling match intensifies on carpet and it just doesn’t do a good job. Even an average size room, let’s say 10x12 would take 2 hours and again, it won’t be that clean. I don’t know what you all make per hour, but my money and time would be better spent hiring a pro once or twice a year. Might cost a bit more, but at least it would be clean. With this machine, I felt like I wasted my time and money.
#3 upholstery. Better news here. The upholstery attachment was easy to use and did an okayish job. Since you’re not pushing the whole machine around, it’s very doable.
#4 the car. Not terrible, but not great either. The upholstery attachments felt bulky here because the car has so many nooks and crannies and curves. So-so job for the car.
Although it works best on upholstery, it’s overpriced for that. Bypass the upright and get a machine just for that as this “all purpose” machine must be trying to do too much. I’m past the return window, but if i could send it back, I would. It’s now off to the thrift store with it, where it can take up space in someone else’s garage.
Top reviews from other countries
I can't imagine someone hauling this machine out and prepping it for a hardwood floor though when a damp mop is all that's needed for cleaning. A small sloppy spill, for instance, is easier to clean manually than haul out and fill a big machine, clean it after, etc. So I'm not likely to use it for floors, only rugs and carpets. My oval rug came out new looking and it had had some nasty stains on it. But they were not that old.
The shipping was fast and it arrived well packed and in good order. The box is heavy so get help unless you are a muscle man picking it up. I used a dolly. Operating it wasn't an issue as it was not too heavy with how it has been designed. So far so good. I have no regrets and looking forward to getting at more carpet areas.
