When open, its three arms provide a stable platform on which to place bowls and other items for weighing.

The Triscale has an easy-to-read LCD display, touch-sensitive controls and an auto power-off feature.

A convenient Add & Weigh function also allows multiple ingredients to be measured in the same bowl during recipe preparation.

I need to weigh and measure my food. This scale has allowed me to eat out. I take it with me, get an extra plate, and weigh out my portions. You can easily rest a dinner plate on it and still see the display. Fits in a purse and is light. Although I know this can vary, my scale didn't need any calibration. It was accurate right out of the packaging. If you need to weigh your food, and you would like to eat out from time to time, I would say this will be a game changer for you.

EDIT: I've had this for three years now and just love it. After I use it to weigh baking ingredients, it folds into a tiny space that fits in a drawer, saving tons of room. The battery is just now getting low which made me think about writing this. The only caveat I will give you is that the 'buttons' are not buttons; they are sensitive electronic switches and just need to be touched. If you try to push them down it does not respond well so just touch your finger to the switch lightly!

Because of lockdown, it took a while before I had a chance to even use it. Tried it a couple times afterwards, with a final time this evening. Numbers on scale jump like crazy just by adjusting the plate on it. I'm pretty sure I'd get more accurate and stable measurements if I asked my dogs to eyeball it.
