Generally happy with the mat. I use the mat to do calming yoga stretches as well as intense Chloe Ting workouts. Even though it is only a quarter inch it make a huge difference from just doing yoga or working out on the hardwood floor. The mat provides extra cushion for my knees and back. My spine doesn't feel like it's getting crushed vertebrae by vertebrae when I'm doing sit-ups anymore. I also like the simple carrying straps for when lock-down is over and I can take it to my local yoga studio. I have used it a dozen times and I have not seen any tears or permanent imprints on the mat.

The mat first smells a bit of plastic when I first took out of its vacuum seal packaging, but after letting it air out for a day the smell has mostly dissipated. I've bought another yoga mat from Amazon before and it absolutely reeked of toxic fumes (I felt like I was puffing paint thinners) so I see this as a great improvement and only smells mildly toxic.

I also really liked the forest green colour and was pleasantly surprised when the product delivered was the same as the photo. It looks a little more blue in my photos due to the lighting but it matches the photo on the product page pretty well.

TLDR; Smells a little bit upon opening but otherwise a great mat for a wide range of workouts.
