I love the spray but have a bottle that just stopped spraying. Pay alot for it to just stop spraying. Who can we contact about this. I won’t be buying it again. Just a waste of money when you can only use half a bottle before it won’t spray. Bad design.

I really like this hairspray and have been ordering it for several months now. However, on more than one occasion I've received the product in some cases was able to use it right away before the can stops functioning. Other cases I've used half of it and the can again stops functioning. I've tried unclogged in the nozzle, running, etc. At this point I have multiple cans of unused products because of the malfunctional of the container. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering this product because of the continued waste! It's great when it comes out the can.

I really like this hairspray. It doesn't leave my hair hard and does not leave a residue. Most sprays I used always left residue in my hair and some actually hard to get out when washing my hair. I don't over use hair spray. Also some hairsprays left my scalp dry. This is a nice light weight spray and it holds my hair. I use it for my long bangs to keep them in place. Washes out of my hair nicely also. If you're looking for a hard hold this is not for you. You still have movement with this hairspray. I love it !

This is a great hairspray, but the last four cans I've received will not spray out the last 25-50% and there's nothing I can do to fix it. I've taken off the cap and ran it under water, scrubbed it with a toothbrush, and it still doesn't work. Why did I keep buying it? Because I had it on subscription and delivered every 2 months and honestly forgot to remove it the last two times. I thought it was just a fluke at first because I've been using this hairspray for 4 years now and not had problems until about 6 months ago. It is a great hairspray and I love it, but not worth the price if you can't use the whole can.

I'm an event planner and my wedding did not have a place to get ready or a place for touchups so I purchased this in hopes that it would help with humidity and allow me the opportunity to still do my hair before the ceremony since it was advertised as "not stiff and brushable." I used this along with their root boost early in the morning and went to take my hair down right before the wedding to find that my hair was STUCK in place! It looked like my hair was still in the ponytail and it was crunchy and stiff! It looked so horrible and if that stuck in place wasn't bad enough, I had little fly aways that stood straight out along my face and since we were on location with NO electricity there was NO place for me to plug in a curling iron to calm the storm .. As my husband came to check on me, I immediately broke into tears b/c I looked absolutely unprofessional/horrible with no time to do anything and ended up putting it back in a ponytail with the little flyaway sticking straight out. I was so embarrassed and felt ugly, I actually avoided pictures the whole night with my bride & groom which was heart aching b/c they were also really good friends, and I will never get a do over! I tried to return this item but was told its nonreturnable, so I decided to submit this review in hopes to protect other brides and event planners from this same experience.
