Directions

It's normal for gel capsules to get soft and stick together under warm weather conditions, hardening into clumps when they return to a cool room temperature. This does not affect the quality or efficacy of the ingredients inside the capsule.To release the clumps, give your bottle a good shake or knock it against the counter, then gently pull apart any remaining clumps. I've noticed that i feel burst of energy throughout the day and i sleep better in the night. I don't feel bloated and i can go to the bathroom easily with less struggle. I like how easily it goes down. I like the casing it is, i am always tempted to bite into them despite the actual content tasting awful lol. These as definitely become apart of my daily routine. Also, i must say i was worried since coming off birth control that my face would have started breaking out like it did in the past, but it hasn't! My skin is clear and actually glowing and my nails are growing out so fast! I have to be redoing my nail sets every 2 weeks.

I haven't started using these yet, but as I've increased my intake of Vitamin D3 since my blood work came back a few years ago, saying I was deficient in it, I put it up to 2 1,000IU, but I do prefer to take more of this, especially as you get older. I was informed I needed to use more, so this is 1 tablet daily, again works out less expensive, so good buy. Will probably re-order once I have used them for a little while.
