I love the drawings, but the writing was weak. Didn't sound like Dave. It sounded more like a kid wrote it or someone very depressed. I think if he wrote the book, it would be stunning.

I wanted to buy more as a gift, but the writing was.

This comic is terrible.
Badly written, poor grammar and photos that are made to look like illustrations via filters and/or tracing, for the most part.
The couple of bits that were actually drawn looked great, but the rest just looks cheap and nasty.
It's poorly conceived, and clearly has been thrown together just to make quick money.

If you're a Nirvana or Foo Fighters fan and you're thinking of buying this... Just don't.
It's not even a novelty collectible, it's just plain bad.
