A record born of silver darkness, pressed onto heavyweight 180g white vinyl completed with undersize 75mm centre labels, housed within heavy white board inner and outer sleeves. These are printed with a metallic silver laminate then multi-tone black and a striking neon green.

I just received my copy and I am enthralled. Comes on beautiful white vinyl, unlike any other record in my collection. It also comes wrapped in a plastic container which can be zip locked to ensure no damage to the actual record. Although I bought the record when it was released on bit torrent, I had problems getting it onto my itunes library so I was happy to have the additional free download. But the real reason to buy the record is it's a part of music history. No one out there in my opinion is advancing music into the 21st century like Thom Yorke, so I feel compelled to buy all material related to his catalog, whether it's his side projects (atoms for peace) or solo or Radiohead related. Although this is a headphone record, I enjoy blasting it on my record player to dance to and admire. I would recommend to all, definitely an underrated gem of 2014 music which Radiohead fans obviously pick up on, but the mainstream ignores, which is fine. The artwork is also a great perk to own. It echoes the space created in the sonic atmosphere that Nigel and Thom work so hard to create.

Hard to initially get into, but this is definitely worth the listen. Out of all the TY releases, I'd put this in 3rd place, but a 3rd place TY album is still a great album. Brain in a Bottle and Guess Again are the highlights, for me.

The white vinyl sounds like utter crap. I’m so disappointed. The record looks nice, but I’d take a regular black vinyl over this any day if it meant better sound.

Edit: They refunded me and sent another white one. It sounds much better, probably one of the best pressings I’ve heard.
