    When you first sync your buds if light is purple not blue, it's doing update.you won't know this until it gets synced and app shows what colors in lights mean. Charging cable is really really short can't even reach the counter after plugging in. Now the good- sound great, look great, I like that container shuts device off when close lid,and starts back up when place back in ear and start a song or video on your phone.

    I was a bit skeptical when I saw this and the reviews but decided to give it a try, as other people have mentioned the charging box plastic feels cheap but it feels good quality cheap, but I think that's only the top part of it, the rest of it feels durable and I also like that is really small, like today I went out and have my wallet, a phone charger and the earbuds charging box in the same pocket and they all fit perfectly (Regular jeans front pocket). The charging cable, in my opinion, is too short but it's USB-C so for me it doesn't really matter at all. Now the earbuds, I like how they fit in my ear canal with the small tip, and the external area, I first was disappointed with the sound because it was too low but I was too dumb to remember you can turn up the volume from the earbuds themselves and when I did I loved it, it has a pretty good bass line, good quality, this is definitely more than enough for the price. The microphone quality is not the best but I think is not bad either. The feature Hear Through is also not bad at all, I can definitely hear my surrounding even more than with my own ears, battery wise I think they are fine, I mean most people are gonna keep it in the charging box anyways so they are always going to be fully charged but they definitely last a lot as I used them while sleeping and they haven't died on me yet.

    This is the longest review I have ever written, and its because I am so in love with my Jabra Elite 3 buds.

    I kept losing my expensive Samsung earbuds. After 3 pairs lost (yes, I am a mess of a human) I finally got frustrated and decided no more expensive buds. I found these on a prime day sale and have heard great things about Jabra ear buds. So I gave these a try. I am so, so, so glad I did!

    Sound quality is pretty amazing and pretty much blows the samsung buds out of the water. The treble can be a bit high at times, but is totally adjustable on their phone app. There is no way to adjust the treble when I connect to my laptop, but it's not really needed for movies and seems to carry the adjustment I made on my phone. Not positive about that though. I read that many had trouble with connecting them to their laptops, however I had no issue with connecting these buds to mine.

    The only issue I really have with them is that I cannot switch the ear buds to another device without disconnecting the original device it was connected to. It's only a minor inconvenience that takes a few extra seconds, but it seems silly that my $15 headphones can do it but these buds cannot. I am already used to the routine of disconnecting and reconnecting, though.

    Opening the box when it arrived really did it for me. Presentation is spot on and made me feel like i was getting a more expensive product than I purchased. The feel is matte, not cheap feeling plastic like the Samsung buds. They also do not fall out of my ears. I wear them all night while sleeping (not recommended but I can't sleep without noise) and they hardly fall out. I'd be walking with my Samsung bud in and it'd just fall right out of my ears, no matter what ear sleeve (technical term for sure) I was wearing.

    Never going back to Samsung for anything but phones. Not when I can get ear buds with better sound and feel for a much lower price.

    The sounds quality is excellent, as is the battery life. The earbuds are also comfortable. However, the audio will cut out for a split second when I enter or leave wifi coverage. When I am at the gym (which has poor wifi coverage, resulting in frequent connection and disconnection), I hear this split second audio loss regularly. At first it annoyed me, and I considered returning the earbuds. However, Amazon had recently threatened me over returning items, so I decided to keep these earbuds. I have gotten used to the split second audio loss, and it bothers me much less now.

    Summary - The best earbuds I have, far exceeding the many many Plantronics earbuds that I've used over the years. As long as Jabra continues with this quality, they have completely replaced Plantronics for me.

    To start: I am using this as my telephone bluetooth for phone calls. That is it's primary function for me. So it has to sound good to me, and sound good to the person on the other end. When seated properly, it is excellent. When not seated properly, you'll have people telling you that you are muffled. We are talking about it just getting jostled in your ear and turning a 1/4 of an inch or less. But that's OK. If they say that, just turn it back in, and all is well.

    Next: I use a single earbud 100% of the time. I had gotten another Jabra model at my sister's suggestion, and I hated it - why? You had to use both earbuds. This is not like that. So essentially, I got 2 earbuds for the price of 1. I charge them in the case overnight, and then for the first 7 hours of the day, I use one, then the next 7 hours I use the other (or whenever the one starts doing it's little chime to tell me that it's almost out of battery). IMPORTANT about this fact. In order to pair, you have to have both earbuds. I figured that out when I temporarily lost my right earbud. You have to be able to press both at the same time. Don't lose either earbud if you need to pair to new electronics alot!

    Last: The range is excellent. I found that Plantronics used to have good range, but over subsequent models, the range reduced significantly. Jabra's range is better than any I've ever had, I think. In between calls, I will listen to podcasts or audiobooks while doing chores. I often go downstairs to the opposite side of the house and out the back door, and I do not disconnect, I can still hear the podcast loud and clear. My house isn't a mansion, but it is a decent size, so I'm not saying the range is the next room! I'm saying the range is several rooms, and 1 story different. Very nice.

    As I mentioned earlier, they charge in a case, some people seem to not like that. I don't mind it at all, in fact it's nice to have a little place that I know my earbuds go as soon as I'm done with them.

    Nothing else to say - if you're on the fence, go for it!

    Edited to add: The other day, I actually forgot I was wearing the left earbud and took a shower. I didn't wash my hair, so it didn't get completely drenched, but I did wash my face and I'm sure it got splashed several times. I was really concerned that I had just destroyed it. Nope! Still working perfectly, and the sound remained perfect as well (both inbound and outbound). I wouldn't suggest doing it on purpose, but it's good to know that it may survive a splash of water.

    i find in general they work really well for listening to music or podcasts, which I really enjoy, I do want to add that I do find the lowest sound setting is still pretty loud, which I am still trying to resolve. I also have very good hearing and am likely more sensitive to this than others might be.

    The noise cancelling is very mild. I like to use them for this feature, though I find it is negligible. But I have noticed if there is a loud sound nearby, the earphones will produce a super loud counter noise that can be very uncomfortable, I am assuming this is part of the noise cancelling functionality.

    I am also not sure how to judge the microphone, because I have been told the audio is not always that clear for the listener when I use them for calls, I think its mainly when there is background noise and that is not being filtered. Where as, with apple's earphones it seems as though they may be cancelling a lot of that background noise during phone calls.

    Es la primera vez que compro unos audifonos de esta marca y de este precio.

    Pero ahora que los tengo y que ya los utilizo, puedo decir que valen cada centavo 😁.

    Desde su empaque puedes notar la gran calidad del producto, los audifonos y su carcasa de carga, se sienten resistentes, además de que son muy cómodos, en los oídos se ajustan muy bien, por lo que no se caen.

    En cuanto al sonido, a mi parecer se escucha muy bien, tanto para la música, como para las llamadas.

    Los audifonos tienen buen rendimiento con la carga al 100%, aprox las 7hrs.

    Ya con la carcasa de carga puedes alargar más su uso.
