    Excellent TV for the price. The picture quality is good even without the hdr feature; which I no would fix the blacks. My only problem is the smell of the TV itself. I've had the TV for a few days now, and the smell hasn't dissipated. Is the plastic /vinyl smell normal? Also, I'm not seeing a slowdown in the apps. Sometimes the apps do freeze. Just like android on your phones, if the app freezes force close the app to restart it. The steps to do this is: 1) press the home button 2) navigate to the app which froze 3) hold the ok button 4) navigate to app info 5) and force close the app 6) reopen the app. Also just like any other computer, you can't overload the TV with apps. If you fill up the memory, just like a computer it will get slow.

    Worked great, but 3 monts after warranty was up the power just shut down right in the middle of a show, no more tv. My first "smart tv" not sure they are so smart. One yr 3 months is all I got out of this $400 tv. You get what you pay for I guess. TV's are disposable now I guess...garbage dump it goes.
    And YES I am angry, can't keep buying tvs every year!

    The color was nice. It had decent features. It regularly disconnected from my wifi but nbd. Then it just got a critical error out of nowhere. Ordered May 19th, 2022. Broke July 1st, 2023. 1 year manufacturer warranty. We don’t watch much TV and we definitely didn’t get our use out of it. From other online reviews I’ve seen, it appears the TV is designed to break just after the warranty expires.
    Context: We we’re watching YouTube on my computer and decided to stream it to the TV. The TV said the wifi was disconnected. Ok. Typical. Go into wifi settings, click connect, it connects. The YouTube video started playing in the background but the tv had a weird grey box in the in the middle of the screen that was just kind of a haze over the video as well as a message in the top right of the screen that flashed “wifi not connected.” It was working and playing and loading while flashing in the corner for about 2 minutes and then the video froze and the screen went blank. When I push the power button on the TV or the remote, the light under the TV flashes red. The internet tells me this is a power board failure and needs to be replaced. The internet also says you’re like lying to have to replace the TV just after a year. 0 stars if I could. DON’T BUY THIS JUNK TV. Hisense is just another trashy, greedy, corporate entity that doesn’t have any pride in their products and customer service is a nightmare.

    I got this for cheap as it was on sale at the time of the purchase.

    Between it being so cheap and the fact that it's not a well known name brand, I was iffy.

    I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The picture quality is great, sound quality is great, it connected to my wifi with no issues, I was able to sign into all my accounts without problem, and nothing lags. I absolutely love this tv.

    Same exact issue.. first TV won't turn on after one year and 2 weeks of purchase.. and warranty is only one year.
    Second TV stopped working today same issue.
    Bought on January of this year. So should be under warranty. I will update this after hearing back from them.
    So far.. I don't recommend it. Good cheap TV but if you need to buy a new one every year. I think spend 100 more and get a different good brand that lasts for years at least.
    Such a waste!
    UPDATE: so they sent someone to my place to fix the TV. He said the TV turns on but no backlight to see it. And it can nit be fixed. Then he destroyed the TV and told me that I'll be getting a new one.
    There was none in-stock so they actually sent me an upgrade, a QLED TV. Much better quality than the kne I used to have. Brand new and ao far its been working fine. Satisfied with the warranty and how they sent everything without asking me to pay for anything, not even shipping like other companies would do.

    I have this TV now for few months. it works great. There is was a minor issue which bothered me so much i.e. the TV seemed so laggy. but later found out that it is not the TV it is the bluetooth remote. I tried a remote app from the phone it worked fine, thats how I found it is remote issue. im still figuring out how to fix this remote issue, but the TV is awesome. I would suggest go for it.

    This is THE WORST TV we've ever purchased. It does not have enough memory to store many apps so the main board fried it self when storage became full. Hundreds, if not thousands of people have reported the same problem. Support was useless. The TV won't stay on longer than 5 minutes and it will not let me factory reset it. I bought a firestick based on comments I read in similar instances and tried to bypass the crappy android system. We'll, that didn't work either. The picture was nice for what little time it did work. So disappointed and wish we had went with a better brand.

    Update: Hisense support advised to download and install firmware update via USB. TV is now bricked and won't turn on at all now. Main board is going to have to be replaced. Expensive piece of junk now. Thanks for robbing us Hisense.

    This is a great set for the price. Louder than my LG 75” and stays connected to wifi unlike the LG. I expected more apps from Android set but it works great. The storage is somewhat limited, but you can always uninstall what you are not using.

    El sistema operativo es muy bueno. Reproduce dolby visión aunque no como gama alta pero mejora mucho la calidad de imagen. Es muy rápido el sistema operativo android. Compatible con Alexa y google. Fácil de configurar. A veces se desconecta del internet. Sintoniza bien los canales abiertos con una antena. En el caso de películas se miran muy bien. Tiene buen volumen pero no premium . Puedes descargar todas las app conocidas.

    El control remoto funciona excelente
    Contras:
    Le falta brillo cuando reproduce dolby visión o HDR

    En conclusión si no tienes mucho presupuesto y quieres acercarte a lo mejor esta es muy buena opción. De hecho en su gama para mí es lo mejor qué hay. Compite con la gama media alta de tv. Mi pantalla fue de la de 43” 2021.

    En videojuegos cumple pero no tiene HDMI 2.1 ni es 120 ghz.
    Pero cumple es uso normal.

    Mi reseña fue lo más precisa que pude comprándola con una LG OLED BX DE 55” lo cual tengo experiencia para compartir una opinión.

    La televisión tiene una calidad de imagen excelente. El sonido no es maravilloso, pero le pondría un 7.5 sobre 10. Nosotros la devolvimos porque la íbamos a usar en
    un restaurante y necesitábamos que se conectara vía Bluetooth a las bocinas y el problema es que era muy inestable en ese sentido: era rara la vez que había buena sincronización entre sonido e imagen y era un poco inestable, o sea, se desconectaba a menudo.
    Si fuera para mi casa, me la habría quedado, porque es muy buena calidad por un precio justo.
    Actualizaré la reseña según vaya la devolución.

    Todo funciona bien en ésta pantalla, aunque a las 3 semanas de comprarla el control empezó a funcionar de forma extraña, por intervalos de 5 segundos el control mandaba órdenes a la pantalla, pero ésta no las ejecutaba, y el control emitía una luz azul por éstos intervalos de tiempo, para luego funcionar de forma correcta, y emitir luz roja, para luego volver a dejar de funcionar por otros 5 segundos. Esto se corrigió restableciendo la pantalla a como llego de fábrica, y desde entonces no he vuelto a tener ningún problema. Muy contento con la compra.
