My old pair of ATH-M30x's recently died on me (after ~5 years of daily use), so I decided to upgrade to this version. I went with bluetooth wireless since I was also having a hard time finding suitable bluetooth earbuds.
The fit is great. I loved the fit of the ATH-M30x and this fits very similarly. It's right over my ear. I do get a little sweat and some fatigue after a while, but that's to be expected when it's sitting snug on your head. They don't work with all glasses, I have one pair that works great (it has thin ear hooks) and one pair that works not as great. With the good pair of glasses I can wear these headphones for hours, with the thicker pair of glasses I'll start to get pain much more quickly, maybe after 45min or so.
There is a noticeable difference in sound quality between plugged in and wireless mode. The plugged in version has much more bass and sound quality in general, but the wireless mode isn't too bad. It has a built in mic for making phone calls and the sound quality has been pretty good, no major complaints about my voice yet.

Still my favorite brand
After many years of ownership, I broke my beloved m40x has been retired (don't step on headphones that fall off your desk). I wanted to upgrade to the m50x, and I saw that there was a Bluetooth option. I went to order it the next day and saw the special edition purple and had to preorder. Exactly what I'd expect from Audio Technica. My open back set from their air series has taken the spot on my desk, but these are great everywhere else.

1st I want to say I have owned Beats solo's 3 and Beats mixer and The ATH-M50X Sounds way Better! ''At least in my opinion'' Now! I've Noticed after 6 Months of having these the high quality sound went a tiny bit Lower after using them almost everyday. Good Headphones! Yes! but around that 5th Month ''If you Listen to music everyday like I do'' Then Yes the sounds in the earphones sounds Lower.

Buscaba unos cascos que cumplieran dos cosas: poder escuchar música con buena calidad, y que fueran cómodos, porque los uso durante varias horas seguidas. Llevo dos semanas probándolos, y dentro del rango de precios que manejaba diría que he acertado.
La música se escucha genial, los bajos también suenan muy bien (al menos dentro del rango de precios 100-200€, la verdad es que nunca he probado cascos más caros para poder comparar).
No noto que pierda calidad por la transmisión por bluetooth, y el tema de no tener cables es muuuuy práctico, para mi merece la pena comprar la versión bluetooth (también traen cable por si se quieren enchufar en algún momento y convertirlos en cascos clásicos).
Los botones en el lateral para cambiar el volumen y saltar canciones son muy cómodos también (traen también una funcionalidad para activar un asistente de voz; para mí sobra, pero para quien le interese, funciona también con alexa).
Sobre la batería, dura bastante y cuando llegan al 20% los propios cascos te avisan. Es uno de los contras de los cascos bluetooth, tener que estar pendiente de que se agote la batería.
Otro contra es que no encuentro en la información técnica la corriente de carga de entrada que admite, así que no se si lo puedo cargar con un cargador de móvil, o si solo se pueden cargar con el usb del ordenador. De momento los cargo en el ordenador como indican las instrucciones, pero tardan horas en cargarse así que no lo veo práctico. Dejo este punto en duda por desconocimiento.
En cuanto a la comodidad al llevarlos puestos, a mí me cubren las orejas al completo y no me molestan con los piercing ni al llevar pendientes. Los uso durante horas y no me molestan, aunque si que "notas" que los llevas puestos y los primeros días me los tenía que colocar un poco hasta que les he pillado la postura, les pondría 4.5 de 5 en comodidad, pero comparados con los sennheiser que tenia antes estoy encantada.
De diseño son muy bonitos, no se ven de plástico y tienen un acabado en general muy chulo.
Para hacerse una idea, primero probé los Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 32Ohm (creo que los Beyerdynamic están pensados para usar en estudio así que no es una comparación "justa", pero bueno):
- En la calidad del sonido y de los bajos para mi ganan sin duda los Audio-Technica ATH-M50xBT, al menos para escuchar música
- En comodidad, depende: los Beyerdynamic quedan perfectos sobre la oreja y no te enteras de que los llevas puestos, pero son muy grandes y aparatosos, el cable es gordo y estorba bastante
- En diseño ganan los Audio-Technica (los Beyerdynamic se ven muy de plástico y tienen un diseño más feo)
