    Had this phone for two years before upgrading and loved every minute of it. So much so that when I did upgrade I wanted to come back because this keeps up with the best phones to date.     I'm pissed. Not only did the camera only work when it wanted to, other apps in my phone were effected. They wouldn't open; just turn my whole screen black. I had to reset my phone at least 3 times a day just to get the phone to work properly.

    On top of that, when spoke to HTC they told me the phone came from Taiwan (even though I'm returning the phone to California). They also said the camera issue was interal (a hardware issue); even when I talked to the Taiwan department I was told they didn't know where the phone came from.

    If it wasn't for Amazon being amazing I would have been stuck with this defective device with no way to get a refund because of the 30 day refund limit (and of course the phone started acting crazy on the 31st day).

    Don't buy anything from these people!!!! You will regret it!!!! I don't even want an htc anymore because of the way they handled this situation.

    This is a great product. Coming from a guy who deliberately seeks HTC phones, this is their best flagship phone yet. The camera quality is amazing, the build quality feels good. The phone is waterproof (tested whilst playing audio and took pictures underwater) and last the audio quality with the U-Sonic is amazing. I would not use the phone without a case, because the glass finish does attract a lot of fingerprint marks. Other than that, enjoy the phone.

    AMAZING PRODUCT. just don't listen to most of the repeat reviews on the "fake buttons". They advertise that they use pressure sensors in place of buttons. It is a little weird to get used too but eventually grows on you.
