    Package did arrive on time and they looked used not new out of the box. I could never pair them. Spoke with technically support directly with Sony nothing could be done to get them to work. Processing return however that will now take 30 days to receive the credit so all in all it’s a very bad purchase.

    I received an open item, and not new at all. No seals, no plastic cover on the charger, manual unfolded without a plastic bag, and for matters worse, they don't work. The red light on the charger blinks (red flag) and the light on the earbuds are flickering (red flag). After charging the earbuds for over three hours, the never connected to my phone. Worst seller ever!!

    I’ve owned a dozen pairs of ear buds, from Bose and Sennheiser, to this pair from Sony, and I just can’t get over how poorly designed they are.

    The storage case is rounded and won’t stand up. It’s exceptionally difficult to get the earbuds out of the case. The earbuds stick straight out from the ear and frequently fall out with even mild movement of the head. They don’t “fit” into the ear, and have no additional support to hold the ear (Bose design is near perfect in this regard). They disconnected from my iPhone after 40 mins due to low battery (they were charging in the case overnight). I got these as a gift, so I couldn’t try them before the purchase was made, but I literally just threw them in the garbage and put my Bose earbuds back in.
