Review updated: Stopped pairing after 30 hours of use and had to contact Harman warranty. lol.Once I received a new pair I have been using for several months without any major problems other than a recent slight rattle in the right earbud—assuming I’ve blown a speaker listening to electronic music, but it is not audible when outside noise is involved.Final comment would be that these are solid if you use them exclusively for one device. They do not switch pairing well. For my phone they know that’s their device and I can pull them out of the case, into my ears, and by that time they are connected. The call quality is decent, though people have complained at how much they pick up, ie. people will stop talking when you’re doing the dishes because it’s too much.Music is decent with a good bass response, standing by that earlier comment. Completely satisfactory for majority of listeners.Battery life is solid, I very rarely get a low battery warning when placing back in the case after use. The case itself charges them for around 2 weeks of moderate use. I often forget it needs charging.___________________This is a quick first impression of these Reflect Flows, I will update with details in the future, but for now I wanted to communicate my thoughts sooner rather than later.I'm in the gym or sweating daily, so having a pair of water resistant earbuds as a portable backup to my stationary cans is critical. I've been using the Powerbeats3's for almost 3 years—they die in 1 or less, I buy a new refurbished pair, repeat. Reason being? I've tested all mid-price range models and the bass response was just superior...as much as I can't stand the company or any of their other products, the Beats Powerbeats3 Wireless were the best on the market. Yes, even better than the newly coveted Powerbeats Pros, much better. Bought Pros, returned them for more Wireless3s. While considering my fourth pair, I took the brave plunge when I saw these at $99. Figured I would return them but at least I would be all the wiser. But I still have them, and with only around 20 hours of usage, I'm very happy. The bass response is equal if not better to the Wireless3s and there are plenty of new benefits I'm enjoying, including the charging case, zero wires, & beautiful aesthetic. I've experienced no syncing issues between the separate buds while streaming, which I know has been a problem with true wireless devices, and no one has complained about call quality.Only negative at them moment is transparency. They are so isolating once you fit them in your ear that you have to remove one of them to hear people.*Updated: Another negative is lack of volume control on headset.*Updated: I can certainly no longer recommend giving these a shot nor endorse them as the best earphones on the market.

I used the JBL Reflect Mini (original and 2.0) for several years because they had good sound quality, were not super expensive and most importantly, stayed in my ears while running. Now that they are no longer available I tried the JBL Reflect Flow because the price was right and the ear inserts (the part that looks kind of like half a propeller and sits in the outer part of your ear) looked very similar to those in the Reflect Minis.

After more than a month using them I really like them. I have had no problem with battery life, the sound quality is fine for Sirius XM or Spotify while I am running and they stay in my ears very well. I run for about 35 minutes 3 days per week and they seem to last for up to 3 weeks before I have to plug the case in to charge them back up. (I don't let them get super low so they might go longer.)

The 3-star rating on the noise cancellation is because in order to get the ear buds deep enough in my ear so that they stay in I am using the smallest ball-like cushion which means some sound can get past them. But that is fine with me because I actually like to be able to hear cars, bikes, people nearby as I'm running. I didn't buy these for noise cancellation.

Bottom line for me is that these are a very good value.

    Pros:
I do recommend them. I like them.
Sound is pretty good. Every kind sound a little different but for the price I expected a little better sound (compared to my Backbeat Fits which I paid half as much for.)
    Deeper bass sound on average.
    Cordless.
    Good battery life.
Pretty much all charging cases like this one offer long battery life while unplugged from an outlet.
    Generally easy to use.
Has 3 volume modes: Normal, reduced 50%, Low volume.
Lower volume modes quickly and easily let you lower or, raise the volume back to your preferred listening level. It let's you listen and talk to people or things around you.

    Cons:
Not the very best sound but I've used many worse sounding ones.
    Sometimes connecting is difficult.
If you have your Bluetooth turned on, and have connected them to your device before, when you take these out of the case they both connect immediately. If you turn them off, you must turn each one on separately and sometimes a few times to connect them. Once you figure that out it is much easier to use. It's usually the left one which gives me the most trouble since it's secondary.
USB to USB Micro-A charging cord for the case. Why not USB to USB-C so I can limit my cord styles?

I have Plantronics Backbeat Fit headphones I bought years ago and I still use most. My only complaint with the Backbeats is the grippy neck band connecting each earpiece which doesn't slide on clothing well. The neckband pulls on my ears every time I turn my head while wearing a coat. The Backbeats earpieces also turn on, off, and connect at the same time (better than JBLs separate connecting) since they are technically one piece connected earphones.

I have always been a fan of JBL products and let me tell you, these earbuds did not disappoint! Since getting serious about working out again, I have been wanting something that not only makes my music sound good but also cancels out that garbage they play over the speakers at Planet Fitness. The noise cancellation is top tier; sometimes it gets so quiet that I can hear my dead relatives speak to me in the silence! The ear pieces come in three sizes which is very nice for people like me who have small ears. The smallest ones work great for me! Anything else and I begin to get an earache, especially during particularly long exercise sessions throughout which I will have moments of warped vision and hear the soft mournful whispers of my passed family members! A big question I know many will have while reading my review is, "Wait a second... what is the bass like?" I know how important bass is to people, and let me tell you, this product's bass is top-tier, especially for such a small and compact earbud. The bass is resounding and impactful, giving an almost full body experience, which works great for me to help drown out the pleas from my ancient relatives to listen to what they're trying to tell me while I'm queueing up smash hit after smash hit from ABBA's Greatest Hits (Vol. 2) in the gym. They have such good music and I love the fact that they don't care if they appear feminine. All in all, these earbuds are great, and I would recommend them to any weight lifter, runner, spirit medium, gamer, or music enthusiast.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great earbuds on sale.
Reviewed in Canada on April 26, 2020
    Color: BlackVerified Purchase
I got these for a boxing day sale, which has been the cheapest I can find them to date. I probably would not have paid full price.

That being said, the specs are my selling point. I have not tested it, but I love the waterproof feature in any electronic, and I base that as a top 5 qualities in an electronic.

The battery life. You cant beat 10 hours in continual use(perfect conditions) and 20 in case. I feel these are perfect for vacationing away from outlets, and doing yard work, or anything where a cord will restrict you. I love the freedom.

The sound, could be refined. If you dont use the proper silicone pieces, you get a shallow sounding speaker. But if you have full contact around your ear, you have a 7/10 sound. Its lacking depth/heavy bass, but they are wireless buds, and it doesn't bother me as much as it would have in my teen days.

Amazon asked me to rate the noise cancellation? As far as I know, it's not a function. But, they do prevent a decent amount of outside noise.

The option to allow outside noise while listening to your audio files, works quite well. There are two options, and I forget the names.
The one for talking to people, works well, but I wouldn't rely on it. It's good, but its mildly muffled. It does, however, still play music at a very soft, soft volume at the same time.
For the jogging through sound, works as intended. I dont jog, but I can hear what is happening around me while listening to music, at a slightly lowered volume which is done automatically.

I have used these for calls a few times, nobody has ever mentioned anything, or complained. So they work fine.

The buttons dont require a lot of pressure, and the pressure on your ears is relatively evenly distributed.

They dont fall out with drastic movement. They stay in place.

The end. Because I'm not sure what else to say.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sound is great. Fit is solid. They don't move.
Reviewed in Canada on February 24, 2021
I've run with wired. Unwired. More recently with the Plantronics Backbeat Fit after older Jaybird, Jabra and other wireless sport earbuds I can't even remember. Fit and sound have always been disappointing.

These are the best fitting sport earbuds, for me, yet. They sound great because they are truly in-ear, unlike the Plantronics Backbeat Fit 3100. Because they sit solidly in-ear, they do block much of the outside world so be aware of your surroundings while running. You'll want to use the Ambient/Talk Through feature at times.

The wingtip inner ear support (others have adopted this approach) is brilliant and comfortable. This may be the first sport earbud for me that doesn't require constant reseating during a run.
