    Unas bocinas que suenan muy bien, con graves fuertes y contundentes, unos medios agradables, unos agudos bien posicionados sin ser molestos.Mi queja es que el embalaje es de muy mala calidad, los recibí con unas marcas porque posiblemente se golpearon, y es que tampoco los materiales de estás bocinas sean muy fuertes, los aros que rodean los conos parecen ser de metal, pero son de plástico pintados o cromo muy débil.Estoy contento con la compra, solo porque suenan muy bien, no porque tengan buena calidad de embalaje o de construcción.

    I bought these after reading a bunch of reviews. My expectations weren't too high and I was not looking at top of the line kind of stuff. I was pleasantly surprised. First off these do need some break-in. Out of the box and paired with a Sonos amp they seemed a little bright, though bass was excellent. Midrange was okay. I did play with the base and treble a bit. However, as I kept using it for the next 7 days the sound mellowed/warmed and I actually increased treble as brightness toned down. Eventually, I am super pleased with the purchase. I am using these with the Amp in combo with a Sonos Arc surround system in a single group and tonally they are in perfect balance with the rest of the Sonos speakers. Both movies and music sound awesome and detailed with this combo setup. Movie vocals are clear, especially with the Dolby Atmos movies where conversation can be too low. The speakers render a wide and detailed Soundstage missing with just a soundbar. The soundbar adds body to the sound. If I am nitpicking, I'd say that the upper midrange has a slight gap(which the Sonos Arc actually fills in for me). Finally the speakers look good in my living room without the grilles and my wife appreciates them as well!

    Unas bocinas que suenan muy bien, con graves fuertes y contundentes, unos medios agradables, unos agudos bien posicionados sin ser molestos.
    Mi queja es que el embalaje es de muy mala calidad, los recibí con unas marcas porque posiblemente se golpearon, y es que tampoco los materiales de estás bocinas sean muy fuertes, los aros que rodean los conos parecen ser de metal, pero son de plástico pintados o cromo muy débil.
    Estoy contento con la compra, solo porque suenan muy bien, no porque tengan buena calidad de embalaje o de construcción.

    I held off writing a review until I had plenty of time to let these burn in. After 30 hours, I can confidently say that these are the best 'bookshelf' speakers out there for the money.

    My main setup is a McIntosh 225 with a PS Audio preamp, Thorens TD215 and AT cartridge. I have a Philips CD80 for discs and also have the ability to stream via bluetooth. My regular speakers are Dahlquist DQ10s with a Jamo powered sub.

    I was looking for a small alternative for another room, so I disconnected the sub, and listened to these by themselves. Wow. Great imaging and sound staging. Transparent highs and mids and surprisingly good bass response for such a small speaker.

    I threw a wide variety of source material at them. Tori Amos, Yo Yo Ma, Andrea Bocelli, all sounded amazing. Moved on to Florence +the Machine, William Elliott Whitmore, Dire Straits even some One Republic. Over the course of all the testing, I only found them to be lacking in super deep bottom end. A sub would help out in the <60hz but so little of my music requires it.

    In summary, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Great speakers, great value, and very attractive cabinets.

    The speakers are exciting and punchy. I have them hooked up to a Aiyima T10 preamp and A08 amp in my bedroom alcove. The base was overwhelming in the 15'x15' room so it needed to turn it down. The highs are nice and mids are okay compared to the 3020.

    Overall, very happy with the speakers. I should have purchased them when they were $500.

    I bought these for my computer and paired them with a Creative X7 amplifier. I couldn't believe how loud these speakers are for their size. They look great and some amazing.

    Bass is solid and punchy, and also room filling, and the highs are crisp and clear. I haven't seen a lot at this price point that if on this level.

    Only negative- the white veneer has several imperfections on the speakers, like make the surface wasn't prepped all the way before it was covered.

    Overall, I still recommend the speakers

Look good and when mounted on firm stands produce a clear detailed sound with pretty good bass for the size. Driven by 60w Nuforce amp with plenty of volume when needed. Expensive for bookshelf speakers, but you get your moneys worth in the sound

    War sehr skeptisch am Anfang und jeder hört ja anders oder hat andere Vorzüge.
    Im Wohnzimmer betreibe ich paar Martin Logan mit einem ASR Ermitter Plus...
    Das ich die nicht vergleichen darf ist klar, da liegen auch Welten finanziell dazwischen.
    Sie sind angeschlossen an einem Advance Paris MyConnect 60 und QED Lautsprecherkabel.
    Sie spielen in einem normalen 20qm Raum in einem Regal erstmal, aber denke da ich positiv überrascht bin bekommen sie noch passende Ständer und auch um noch was klanglich zu optimieren.
    Ob Klassik oder 180ppm sie spielen in der kombi sehr neutral und feinfühlig..stimmen klingen Hammer präzise...der 16 lautsprecher ist noch zu steif und denke so ab 200h wird er auch feiner kommen...
    Man muss immer den Preis sehen und dafür machen sie einfach einen guten Job in der Kombi...
    Klar gibt es immer was besseres, aber dann sollte der Rest auch hochpreisig sein.
    Kann ich absolut empfehlen.

    Great pair of speakers straight out of the box. Can’t wait to hear these improve as they run in and open up. I’ve been buying hifi for nearly 30 years and having reresurected my 90s amp earlier in the year I needed to pair with a decent set of bookshelf speakers that worked well with my Cyrus amp and rega turntable. Over the course of the year I have probably purchased in excess of 10 pairs of speakers in my quest to get the sound I wanted. I kept on purchasing the same kind of sized bookshelves from the likes of Cyrus, Dali, b and w, elac, mission to name but a few but of course apart from a few subtle nuances to me all sounded the same and lacked the overall soundstage and depth of sound so I paired all of these with a quality subwoofer which helped but the sound wasn’t cohesive. Back in the 90s I never used a sub for hifi and was always extremely happy with the sound and bass extension was always plentiful and never lacking. I decided to give it one more shot and decided to try the 3030s. Having already tried the smaller 3020 which were surprisingly good but again lacked the bottom end I thought maybe I just need to try a bigger more substantial bookshelf before I went all out and purchased some floorstanders. Now to give an idea back in the day I had a full Cyrus set up with psxrs and separate power amps powering a pair of linn kan mk 2 and to me the sound was sublime. The cost of trying to purchase a pair of kan mk1 or II these days is ridiculous and as much as I loved them I could not justify that kind of outlay on such an old pair of speakers hence the ordeal I have been through this year till now.

    Well the 3030s from the box have finally satisfies my quest for the sound I was looking for. Larger speakers with a huge bass driver taken from the bigger floor standing brother. They sound fantastic straight from the box and can’t wait until they run in and open up. Excellent bass extension which is tight and a wonderful open mid range and sweet top end without being shrill. Superb soundstage. Take time with placement and positioning. I don’t like using the foam bungs as for me this boxes in the sound and they sound restricted. I have a very heavy and solid unit they stand on but I think I will purchase the stands and this will make them sound even better. All in all a superb set of well Made and atttractive speakers made even more attractive by the deal I got on them. I will add that the delivery service from Sevenoaks has been superb and they arrived earlier than expected. Take the plunge. Don’t hang around like I did. They are a superb fine pair of speakers that belie their price tag and will flourish with decent amplification and would not be out of place with a modern amp even over the £1000 price bracket. Superb. I am one happy bunny !!
