    I bought a pair of these to serve as surround speakers in my home theater setup. Like all SONOS speakers they are a bit pricey, but they are self-powered, and integrated into our SONOS system seamlessly. I haven't used the Alexa feature, as these sit behind my sofa, with the backs of the speakers on the floor and the drivers pointed upwards. I can do this even though the speakers are round because I bought some metal wall mounts that I can turn horizontally to hold them in place on the floor. I have been impressed with the sound quality and surprised at the number of times I turn around and look behind me because I heard a noise when it's just part of the movie. Very satisfied.

    We are using the Era 100 for a bit of surround sound affect with our Sonos Ray. The Era 100 has great sound quality like you would expect with Sonos, but it is a bit frustrating that you can't automatically link the Ray and Era to play sound together every time we use it. I have to go into the Sonos app each time and choose to play audio through both speakers. Last gripe I have is you can't have the Era on the same sound level as the Ray or you will percept a small echo. Overall for the price, I'd get another Era 100 to boost the surround sound.

    Doesn't play music anymore since I did the true tone test. Customer support is a 65 minute wait on the phone. Going back! All videos show this is an easy setup, it is NOT! Tested and retested after tru tone test. All test sounds are audible but music won’t play through this speaker even tho it says it’s still connected via Bluetooth to this speaker. Very disappointed and will never buy ANY Sonos product again! Poor support and product doesn’t work. And BTW, if the customer has to wait 65 minutes on the phone for help and is placed 49th in line on chat help, you have a VERY troublesome product, lots of problems!

    Clearly more expensive than echo dot. I tried with several orders to connect 4 echo dots I could never it to pick up Wi-Fi I did not know it was Bluetooth and despite 7 hours with Amazon customer service never told to try Bluetooth

    UPDATE. I have had the Sonos for a few week. I continue to be amazed with fullness and quality of the sound. This is a great product - thank you

    I have purchased 3 much cheaper speakers over the last 5 years but always ran into problems with my iPad and iPhone being disconnected and the sound quality wasn’t adequate. I decided to try Sonos. A more expensive option but less than the top end speakers in this category. I found it for $50 off and have been very pleased. Sound quality is very nice, set up easy, and no problems with staying attached. The only small fault i find is that i bought a white Sonos and the volume touch controls are difficult to see as they blend right in with this color. The controls themselves work smoothly. Wish i had purchased the Sonos earlier.

    The Sonos era 100 surprised me with how good it sounds. Easily beats out every other brand for the price range. The vocals and treble are as clear and as rich sounding as you can get. The bass isn’t fantastic, but it still sounds damn good. The area where this speaker shines is clarity and overall loudness. I’m definitely buying another soon
    Make sure to use WiFi instead of Bluetooth, the difference in sound quality is drastic.

    Definitivamente cumplen con lo que dicen las reseñas en redes y unboxing. El producto es de primera calidad desde el empaque hasta el funcionamiento y la forma de instalar casi plug and play. El precio es relativo y para algunos podrá ser elevado o no. Peroa calidad de sonido es muy buena sobre todo si compras más de una logras un excelente ambiente musical porque se calibran y distribuye el sonido entre ellas

    Purchased for x-mas gift for someone who uses phone to listen to music. Set-up was a little harder than anticipated; you need to read on-line instructions. I expected to be able to pair this by bluetooth straight out of the box; I was wrong. It MUST be set-up on a Wi-Fi network first and ownership claimed via e-mail (these are good things albeit unexpected). The sound quality is mind blowing! As is the volume level capability
