75 customers mention72 positive3 negative

Customers find the comfort of the plectrum to be great. They mention that the grip texture is gentle enough to hold comfortably for long periods, but it is rough. The picks are easy to grip and don't move around while they're playing, and the textured surface keeps the pick from slipping.

"It has a nice grip surface and if you turn it sideways and play a chord or note with the side of the pick you can make some interesting grinding..." Read more

"I love the grip on these and I don't feel like they will tear up my nylon strings when I don't feel like finger picking" Read more

"...They feel very comfortable to me." Read more

"...I like the flex of the golds and like the thickness of the grip. It’s a nice balance. I go from these to the max grip .60...." Read more

62 customers mention62 positive0 negative

Customers are satisfied with the quality of the picks. They say they hold up really well, are easy to hold, and are made of very high quality. They are sturdy enough for bass and light enough that it doesn't tone off the strings. They're durable and don't wear down as quickly as other nylon picks that they've used.

"These are nice picks that I use on bass; not too stiff, not too rigid. The .75 is stiffer than a .88 Dunlop Max-Grip, which is my main guitar pick...." Read more

"...They're very durable and they never crack or break. They wear down more or less evenly, and because I always hold them one specific side to my thumb..." Read more

5 Stars
If they ever stop making them I will cry.
These are hands down my favorite picks. I use them for all my electric and acoustic guitars, because the feeling is so familiar. The thing that I like so much is the circular pattern it has on the "Herco" side of the pick. It provides such a great grip and also cues me on the picks orientation. I have carried a Herco Flex 75 in the change pocket of every pair of jeans I've worn in the past 23 years (and I wear jeans almost every day). I rarely get caught without my trusty Flex 75. I dislike having to play using any other kind of plectrum. They typically feel "slippery" to me. As another reviewer said, if I didn't lose one every so often, a dozen of them lasts me several years, easy. They're very durable and they never crack or break. They wear down more or less evenly, and because I always hold them one specific side to my thumb (the circular part) the wear on the pick is sort of interesting as it reveals your particular angle of attack on up and down strokes. Not sure if that's helpful, but it's interesting nonetheless. Anyway, long live the Herco Flex 75. If they ever stop making them I will cry.
