I just got it today and it came with a lot of bent fins as you can see on the picture. Will update on performance when I finish my new build with the new upcoming “Threadripper 3” CPU, 3960X.Update:Pros -Looks good,The fans are good quality.Cons -Cant keep up with the new Threadrippers 3000 with Precision Boost Overdrive enabled, cant cool the temps down.LCD CPU temps readings do not match up to the Ryzen Master app and are off 3-15c, or is very slow to updateFans are loud at high speedsSo after finally having my 3960X, my idle temps were 39c-42c and enabling AMD's OC "Precision boost Overdrive" , temps reached 95c during Cinebench R20 and this cooler could NOT keep it cool. This cooler for the new Threadripper 3000's is only good for simple stuff, but if you have any demanding workloads, it will struggle, and you do not want to be at 95c. I would highly recommend a different cooler for the new Threadrippers, I myself bought the Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 and it runs much better with PBO enabled, my temps reached 85c on Cinebench R20, which is way better than the Aorus AIO liquid cooler 360.Manual OC is a whole different story for both coolers, I tried 4.3 ghz @ 1.35 V ( might be 1.4 V, I forgot ) on my Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 and it reached 100c , so I would recommend a custom loop for that instance. However, I never tried it on the Aorus cooler, either way, the Aorus cooler couldn't handle AMD's OC PBO, so any manual OC is out of the question with the Aorus cooler. Also, the fans are really loud at high speeds, and the temp readings in the LCD screen are not 100% accurate and differ from the Ryzen Master app. Sometimes the readings were off by 3-15c and the LCD temp readings updated very slow. So I would not trust them 100% and it is mostly for aesthetics.

This aio is the one I’ve been looking for. I’ve tried 3-4 different aios and between poor QC on some and aesthetic compromises on others this one delivers on all fronts. The unit itself is built incredibly well and looks and feels like a premium piece of technology. The cpu hub is metal along with tight weave sleeving all over. The fans are identical to the gigabyte gpu wind force fans so they’re tried and true and can be whisper quiet under 60-70%.

I have this paired with a lowly 3600 and 3700x ryzen chips and they stay at a frosty 32-33 at idle And high 40s to low 50s when gaming.

Install was a breeze with straightforward plug and play and since I’m already on an Aorus x570 board compatibility was not an issue. No need to plug into a pwm plug, just the one usb and Sata plug. The screen configuration is Easy enough but i noticed you can only rotate the screen to three out of the four side and cannot rotate it to the side where the water pumps in for some reason. I have it facing down so it’s a non issue. Screen is crisp enough for what it’s meant for and not very detailed (low ppi) but it’s more than enough for what it’s intended purpose is.

This was my second option to the NZXT one. was going all out on my build and didn't want to get a less flashy aio water cooler lol so i settled for this one. looks and felt like it was built nice and had zero problems installing it but it is wide so it might be in the way of the ram so check that before you buy it. Only down side to this is could be cheaper but you are getting a aio water cooler with a screen so what do you expect LOL and the software is terrible but after setup and putting the image i want its not like im using the software every day so unless you are changing the colors, image or fan/pump speeds all the time it shouldn't bother you. keeps my cpu cool and displays my image what more can i ask for now its just the test of time as of now its almost been a year so it hasnt failed me yet will update in the future if it does.

This AIO is awesome, it looks great, but that's about it. The pump is huge and feels fantastic knowing there is good cooling, but... for the price? it's extremely underwhelming. The fans are dinky and very plasticky. my radiator has bends in it, and I almost burnt out my CPU (I9-9900k) because the manual didn't say there was a second SATA connector. and I have to use a separate entire cable from my power supply to power the screen.

Worst yet, it doesn't even recognize my CPU. and apparently you have to restart your entire operating system for that part to work. The screen display is choppy and the software has zero control over anything. It promises the ability to input an image or text, but with zero prompt or instruction on doing so. I'm using the Aorus 2080ti triple-fan, and for just fans and a card that can work on its own is a different story. That product feels amazing and very well done. I was very disappointed to see that this aio looked just as good with a price to back the other product I got but still flopped. If the fans were better, and the screen and software worked, it would be actually reasonable to buy this.

If I were to price this, I would price it at $140, it looks great and works great, the installation was a breeze, but none of the promised features work and now just say "CPU MODEL NAME 00*C"
If the software had an update, I'd rate it 4-5 stars for being an amazing cooler in all hardware components, plus I can always replace the fans.

I had to rearrange the cables in the very top left hand side to get the radiator to fit correctly, I did buy a Cooler Master unit and decided to go with the Aorus design instead, it's priced more than the CM version, but well worth it, noise levels are good, but you can turn up the fans or turn them down manually, keeps the CPU at 68° F occasionally goes up to 95°F then back down quickly, the text and pictures are a cool feature, RGB fusion works good with it, I do have a Gigabyte motherboard Z390, works just fine with it

Good AIO hardware. It does a good job cooling my 9900K. I would like to see a more fluid rgb wave setting for the 3 included rgb fans. Gigabyte also needs to combine RGB fusion and aorus engine. It's really silly to have two seperate programs control this AIO. Corsair has one program for everything. The fans do become audiable at the balanced setting. Because of the sound, I have it set to quiet. I also would like to see more done with the LCD screen. There is no RGB wave setting for the screen, to match the fans. You can only select two different colors at a time. There are also no .gif video options. All in all it is a great piece of kit, hindered by lackluster software.
Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2020
The selling factor of this AIO is the LCD screen which has never turned for me except when first booting the system after install and then just black. Customer support for gigabyte/aorus has yet to respond since I believe it to be a software issue. I have already ordered a replacement to see if it was a defective screen and the replacement has done the same thing. In fairness the cooler itself keeps the cpu cool but the other factor for me buying this is the ability to customize an actual working screen in which i do not so it kind of makes this product only 50% of what I want. So if you want a cooler that may or may not look good like you intended then go for it and buy this product and maybe you will be just as disappointed as I was.

Best AIO! would buy again if I need another one! Very easy to install and the fans are strong. Everything is customizable with their program, you need rgb fusion and aorus engine. Lights, colours, fan speed, pump speed, all controllable without argb header. All it connects to is sata, usb header. The lcd or led screen is awesome to use and cool to have custom pictures on!

1.0 out of 5 stars Cheaper options are better!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on January 17, 2020
I bought this for a new system, I had a Thermaltake Water 3.0 that had faulty RGB and I returned it and replaced it with the Aorus Liquid Cooler 360. Arrived earlier than I expected and was a breeze to install. However the product itself, it's noisy and I mean noisy. The pump, the fans, the whole thing is LOUD. It constantly ramps the fans up and down even though you set it in the software to be in "quiet" mode. The idle temperatures are higher than the Thermaltake and the Thermaltake in comparison is very, very quiet.

For the money you pay for this, it's basically just bling. There are better, much cheaper options than this that work better and are much, much less intrusive. I will be replacing/returning this asap as I simply cannot live with the noise.
