I went from 4x4 3000 ram to 2x16gb 3200 ram. The 3000 speed ram had to be down clocked to 2666 because of compatibility issues with motherboard. My games/ streams used to max out my 16gb ram because I was using mods in games. The 32gb ram is making it a much better experience. Because of the extra head room. Only using 20gb of ram during gaming/ streaming. The brand or color of ram wasn't much of a factor as the price was.

With a little tweaking I got this kit of ram running at 3866mhz cl16 with XMP timings at 1.4v, I could probably hit 4000 with more voltage but im extremely happy with the results I already have. I only bought this ram because it was dirt cheap and I wasn't expecting much. Because I'm using this ram on a 5700g APU build, I needed frequency as high as possible, latency is less important1. because all I'm trying to do is extract extra GPU performance (the cpu is already overpowered for the onboard gpu). After overclocking the ram, there has been a massive improvement in the smoothness of my gaming experience.
