The reason I’m not uploading a photo is because, physically, the laptop looks fine. However it comes with an integrated pen that DOES NOT WORK WHATSOEVER. What’s even worse, I called Lenovo for customer support, and after HOURS of wait time, all they’re able to tell me is that there’s a “specialized department” that handles those matters. What they don’t say is that accessing to this, costs an additional $50 fee approximately, with NO GUARANTEE that they can fix the issue. The “best advise” I got from customer service, after talking to about a dozen of representatives (of which some apparently don’t even know this model exists), was to download ‘Lenovo Vantage’ in the Microsoft Store App, so that hopefully someday, one of the repetitive software updates that it suggests, fixes this mess. Lenovo DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

Aside from that, the click “falls asleep” and you have to press it a couple times to use it, the processes in the task manager aren’t displayed, and several software issues.
