I came from my aging G.Skill Ripjaws KM780, it was a trooper for the 5 years I had it, never letting me down. It has Cherry MX Blue mechanical switches and I really like the tactile and audible "clicks" it provided. So when shopping for another board, this was a requirement. But I also like a fancier board, something that stands out at my workstation than your usual black rectangle with keys. I ran across an article with this board on top of the list and the more I read into it, the more check boxes it ticked.- Keys are clicky and responsive. They're a little more muted than Cherry MX blues.- RGB is optionally standout, and fully customizable either on the board itself or through the software.- 1 cable to rule them all. Most keyboards of this style have 2 USB plugs and my G.Skill had 4 total with headphone and microphone passthrough, which was more cable clutter to manage.- Keys are ever so slightly smaller. I thought I would hate it at first when I first started typing on it, but within minutes, I got up to speed, and was more accurate than on my old keyboard! I go for the backspace far less than I used to.- Easier to clean! Having an exposed switch under the caps makes it much easier to flip it upside down and shake out any crumbs. The silver really makes your backlighting stand out as well, as you can see in the picture, reflecting just enough to really make 'er shine.Reading some of the reviews, I can say I had no issues with the software on Windows 10. It's simple, clean, non-intrusive and gets the job done. There's no startup process, once you set your colors, macros, etc, the board remembers it.And as I mentioned above, the switches feel and sound like a muted MX Blue, I don't feel like I need to get rubber o-rings for this board. It is very responsive. I see why keyboard enthusiasts like the "box white" switches! This is a true successor to my beloved G.Skill KM780.

This keyboard feels amazing and sounds great with it's mechanical buttons. With the download of the software and user manual you can really see the power of this well made keyboard. This is a serious platform. Really bright adjustable LED backlighting. Very nice wrist wrest that magnetically clicks on. I love the reactive colour modes as well as the macro backlighting! Very cool pre-programmed effects with user saved profiles as well.

4.0 out of 5 stars A great keyboard but a couple of flaws on mine bugs me
Reviewed in India on May 5, 2022
This is a good keyboard. Very light taps are needed to actuate the keys. Very comfortable on my sore fingers. Very clicky and noisy in a quiet room but not a concern for me. But things haven't all been rosy. I have observed some flaws that I have learnt to live with...almost.

    1. The F9 key RGB lighting is completely different from the rest of the lighting theme. I didn't notice this until a full 15 days after i bought it. Tried ignoring it as the functionality of the keyboard isn't affected.
    2. The ENTER key cap on the number pad keeps popping off despite me making sure that the metal spring bars are clipped into the keycap. Very irritating when that happens. I have learnt to hit the key vertically to avoid popping that cap off.
    3. The software to update is buggy as hell. I don't know if my keyboard is updated to the latest firmware or not. Janky to say the least.

Since I have gotten the bad things out of the way, let's look at what's good with the keyboard.

    1. Excellent feel and very comfortable to type on. For a guy who has severe finger pain due to typing a lot, this is very welcome boon.
    2. No key has crapped out on me yet after several months of use. No false presses, unresponsiveness or anything else.

In summary, go for it if you have the dough. Love it.
