When building a new PC, I knew that I wanted to play some more modern games on it, but I didn't want to break my bank on a graphics card. It took me a long time and a bit of research to finally decide on this card, but ultimately I'm so glad I did.

This card is a beast at 1080p gaming and hasn't stuttered on anything that I've thrown at it. Overwatch, The Witcher III, Crash & Spyro Trilogy, MGSV, Batman Arkham Quadrilogy - all run buttery smooth at high graphic settings on this card coupled with a Ryzen 7 2700x. My PC runs whisper quiet with normal temps.

For the occasional gamer who's still running an older 1080p monitor, I can' t recommend this card enough.

I purchased this card as a stop gap measure while building my new system. I needed a card that I could swap in that would function reasonably well. I was surprised by how well this card preformed. I used it on my old system with a FX 8350 cpu and 32gb of ddr3 1600 ram, Asus mobo old system was M5A97 and it was great. It wouldn't surprise me if I had installed it in my new build (Asus B450-F mobo, ddr4 ram) for a test that it would have held up quite well. It's now in my son's system along with my old fx 8350 cpu, all is well.

Bought this card in order to play perhaps the most demanding game for a PC (Flight simulator 2020). Went from playing with low graphic settings to everything set to Ultra (higher than high settings). It has proved to be a bargain card with a powerful punch. Other games simply do not pose a challenge for this card, no need to upgrade to the RTX series for a long, looooong while. I'm beyond satisfied with this product.

Respectable improvement over GTX 960, but not fantastic

So I upgraded from a 2GB GTX 960 and sure, it's a decent upgrade, but after I think 5 years for about the same price.. it's triple the memory, but only about double the processing performance.. after 5 years. So the increase in performance in relation to the cost is underwhelming, but it's even more disappointing with the noise and heat. I had TUF components before my most recent build. The reliability was great. And while this card isn't terrible, TUF nowadays just seems to mean budget.

I had gotten this GPU hoping that it would be a longer-lasting one, however, this thing stopped working after a year and a half, afterwards, the monitor screen would have trouble displaying things, black screening after maybe a minute after reaching the desktop screen if it would even turn on at all, as well as artifacts, and sending the GPU fans to max speed. ASUS customer service was both slow and unhelpful, stating that the GPU was not under the 3-year warranty due to mild corrosion on the HDMI port. However, I was using another port that did not have any corrosion and the problems still occurred. I don't think the corrosion had anything to do with the issues but ASUS still refused to honor the warranty and wanted to charge double the price for what I paid for it to repair it. Buyer beware.

I picked this up on a sale price and its been running amazing in my gaming pc. Definitely worth the upgrade and for the price it was perfect. It does get alittle hot under heavy load but I read thats typical with these cards. Its alittle loud aswell but nothing crazy. Overall it's excellent for my budget build.

works great, i ran out of money for my build so its paired with some amazing parts, i9-9900k, and asus maximus xi code, 32gbs of trident z royal ram silver 3200mhz and a 1200w psu. capabile of pulling off 144hz basically locked at it, everything important on high at the farthest viewing distance and fov. got it with the scepter 27c i believe, cheapest 144hz i could find, and it's working out pretty well so far. it's a great price to performance for the 300$ range, or at least till the 30 series gets restocked.
