Considering the lack of any games celebrating the beauty of European culture throughout the ages, I think any bug problems can be overlooked due to the dedication to detail, historical accuracy, a very fun combat system that goes far beyond the AC QTE shit, and a good story line that has potential to be amazing. Could have used actual character customization for looks(not sex or voice, just cosmetics) but its really a non-issue. The world is amazing and even after you sweep through an area, little and big things will still be crawling out of the woodwork that you'd overlooked the first few times. A great game with even more potential in the years to come. Be on the lookout for WarHorse's DLC or any new projects they have coming, really good guys out there with a dedication to the art and a love for the subject matter that is immediately evident the moment you jump into the game.
Very realistic game. It definitely takes patience as they put a lot of time into being true and realistic. It's not an easy game and does not have a difficulty setting. This is made more difficult by the realism of saving the game. You can't save the game during boss battles and you can't save often. One beef is at the end of a long questline it often doesn't end in you receiving some awesome buff or item but rather some hidden xp and a "thank you"
I have plaid countless hours and I have yet to see a dungeon, monster, or any type of magic. Not that this is a bad thing since the game is going for realism but it does make the game loose its luster pretty quickly when all you do is fight bandits and shoot wild game.
As a seasoned PC gamer- it is difficult for me to admit defeat. I had it going pretty well until the first escape scene "Run!". Never could get past that horse ride.
I really liked this game I completed all of the side quests and main story, can’t wait for a dlc. This arrived instantly and the code worked, as expected. It took me 90hrs of gameplay to complete.

ein tipp von mir: stehle den ring vom henker den der müller peschek haben will, dann kannst du immer diebesgut an den müller verkaufen, dann gehst du einfach auf hasen, wildschwein oder hirschjagt (was verboten ist) und verkaufst es dem müller, damit kann man ne verdammt große menge gold machen! (:
Neben einer interessanten Handlung bietet dieses Game eine wirklich schöne Grafik, die allerdings auch einen schnellen Prozessor und eine schnelle Grafikkarte verlangt. Das die Figuren eintönig sind, wie in manchen Rezensionen angegeben, kann ich nicht nach vollziehen. Durch die rasch folgenden Patches wurde das Spiel auf gutes Niveau gebracht. Ein Stern Abzug, da man nicht jederzeit ohne Retterschnaps, der teuer und selten ist, speichern kann. Aber es gibt einen Mod im Internet, der auch in der Version 1.4 funktioniert und so kann man jederzeit speichern. Ein Muß für Adventure-Liebhaber.
