For those wanting cable combs and nice clean cables, three things: 1) the cable sleeves are small at 2.5mm. This will make most larger paracord combs useless. 2) the 24 pin cable is actually 27 cables to comb. Additionally, some are smaller than the normal 2.5mm cable width. 3) To have any chance of a clean 24 pin cable run, you will have to depin the connectors to rearrange cable routing. I think this is an oversight by corsair, but having sleeved cables included is enough of a bonus for me. I did all of this on a SF450 Platinum's cables (same set), so YMMV and tread carefully.

The psu is great, but took off a star for the short cables. The length is great for something like a node 202 but you'll need separate cables for regular size cases, even for mini itx cases like an evolv shift.
I have a very SFF case, so this is pretty much the worst case scenario for a PSU. This may be from heat leakage from other components like my hot asf 1070 FE, but from what I've seen Corsair prioritizes noise over heat dissapation. This thing gets relatively hot, maybe like 50-70 C? I put my hand over the case where this was and it felt pretty hot. That being said, this is really your only option for a SFF psu right now, and they are extremely premium. It's modular, and the cables that come with it feel amazing and are a really good length. Some may say that it's too short for their system, but it fits almost perfectly in mine (there's some excess but that's to be expected).
If you're deciding between a SF750 and this, Optimum Tech did an excellent video on this PSU, but what you need to know is that it can handle the new GPUs at max load, even with an overclocked 10900k from Intel. Ideally you would get a SF750 if you can find one in stock, but this will definitely do the job.
Handles my power-hungry GTX 1080ti and Ryzen 7 2700x without any drop on voltages. Stays cool, quiet and it fits like glove in my new case. Awesome cables are included (sleeved), I don't think I will use custom cables and it creates space efficiency on a rather small case.

I've heard complaints about the lawnmower installed where the fan should be on the 80+ Gold versions of the SF450/600, and from what I've observed, the 80+ Platinum versions do not have the same noise problem. The fan does not make any noise at all.
The cables are also far superior to the 80+ Gold version. The 80+ Gold has the standard power supply glued-together cables, whereas the 80+ Platinum has sleeved cables which makes it very easy to cable manage in even the smallest cases (Ghost S1 pictured, SATA SSD installed too!) because the cables are easier to bend and are skinnier.
Don't cheap out. Get the 80+ Platinum.
