Interestingly, when you mount a power supply in here, the PSU doesn't actually share any case "walls" with the PSU, so air coming into the PSU or going out, has to pass through some vacant space in the case. This presents an issue because it effectively means you can't actually have one of the panels on the case while it's running. In my case, I'm using an ATX 850W PSU, and its exhaust blows into this little pocket, which conceals things like the power switch and power cord so the case is prettier, but it means I can't actually use the _solid_flat_lid_with_no_holes_ on the case because there'd be nowhere for that extremely hot exhaust to vent to. With the lid on, the lid heats up and almost burns me, every component gets 20deg C hotter, even ones not nearby, since that hot air has to go somewhere, ya know?
The sides that do have the pre-made holes come with these fancy magnetic screens that are removable, which is a great feature. I've fully removed them, which really helps the air flow. I probably need to invest in some additional fans to force more air through my radiator as well, but as long as that side/lid of the case is off, everything seems to operate at a just fine temperature.
It was pretty awkward to route the cables in and around this thing due to its compactness. There is one piece, the metal bracket with the big round hole in it (visible in both attached pictures) that is labeled "BACK" on one site, however, you *must* install it backwards if you intend to use a big video card. It positions that exhaust hole wrong though, according to the lid's pre-made holes though, which seems like a shame. They went through the trouble to ensure that the plate is reversible, but don't have a panel that supports the reverse side. Lost opportunity I guess. But, as you can see, everything actually looks pretty nice, even with the lid off, so I'm not too too too distraught about it.
All things considered, it really is a nice and nicely made case.

-Fits a ton of hardware in less than 20L of volume.
-Swallows full size ATX PSUs even fit my 165mm EVGA 650 G2 which is slightly longer than the listed maximum PSU length
-Fits massive triple slot enthusiast GPUs
-Fits large Air Coolers
-Good storage support 3x2.5" drives and 2x3.5"drives simultaneously
-Optional full size 5.25" optical drive which is very rare in a itx case this small. And makes for a great HTPC that can also handle the latest and greatest AAA games.
-All intakes have magnetic dust filters.
-Decent airflow not the best but better than many ITX PC cases.
Cons:
-using an optical drive removes the possibility of installing a 240 mm radiator and blocks one of the 3.5" drive locations
-Using a tower cooler such as a Cooler Master Hyper 212 will block the other 3.5" drive location." So if you have an optical drive and a tower style air cooler you won't be able to mount any 3.5" drives
-Cable management can be tricky but this is true of almost any ITX pc build.
I'm giving it 5 stars even though the front panel is made of plastic. I wish Silverstone would add $10 to the price of this thing and use a metal front panel. Then it would be a perfect case in many respects. I wouldn't use this for water cooling since only a 120mm radiator will fit.
