                      I have started the game and since I have played games similar I can tell you that I am in LOVE with it so far!
                      I currently play on PC (only at this time I do have an X-Box and PS-2 but am only gaming on PC for now)

                      As with all of these games I feel that this game is VERY comparable to the current market of great RPG game playing games and if you are looking for a game to really spend a lot of downtime on this would really be the game to do it in my honest opinion and game playing experience.
                      The gameplay is consistent, with tasks that you can pick on levels from just a solid easy walkthrough type game to the hardest game level.
                      I have only just started to play and already love the decision making and the quality of the tasks I have been given.
                      The game does auto save so you won't be in a battle and have to restart too far back from where you started from (at least from the easy level in my case LOL) I noticed.
                      What I am so impressed by is the graphical layout and just the attention to detail. It is as though I can pick and smell the flowers.
                      I would highly suggest this game to any gamer that loves RPG gaming!
                      There is only one drawback that I can see for this game and it is that you really do need a fast computer with great graphics and a lot of ram. If you don’t you won’t be able to even run it on the lowest settings without extreme skipping and jerking movements. As stated above I am PC gaming so I could upgrade my PC if I wanted to run the graphic at a higher rate but for now that is the ONLY drawback that I currently have with this product.

                      A really delightful experience from start to finish in a new setting that kind of suffers from the same issues as the setting of the main game and first expansion: It all becomes the same after the initial novelty wears off. More variation in biomes is really what the world designers at CDPR need to keep in mind for their future projects. Other than the wilderness becoming a homogeneous blur, the writing and quests are the most interesting the developer has ever put out! They really went all out here, setting a new standard on what a single-player expansion should entail as far as hours of quality narrative. The new mechanics introduced barely affect anything, unfortunately. The mutation system has so many restrictions and requirements that the battles hardly feel affected by any attention the player invests in this area. By the end of the story I had yet to even reach the final mutation on just one side of the mutation tree! Whats more, you can only have one active at a time. They'll make small, if any, adjustments to how you play out your tactics but in the end the path of least resistance in this game has always been to lock in a perfect rotation of Quen, Yrden, hack away. Rinse and repeat for the entire span of all three Witcher games and the two expansions for the third.

                      As the other customer stated this is a code for DLc content for Witcher 3 that is redeemable on GOG.com. Gog is great because they don't add DRM to their games. If you have the Witcher 3 through another source than gog.com you may want to verify whether or not this will work whit your current install. As for me, I already had the full game from gog so i'm good to go. Can;t wait for this next epic adventure with Geralt!

                      Don't make the same mistake I did. The code you're given is for GOG, which I guess is some competitor with Steam, and the code is not redeemable through anything other than GOG. I made an account on GOG and attempted to redeem the code through them, but since I don't own the Witcher 3 base game through THEIR company, I can't redeem the code, and I'm out $20.

                      Der GOG Link hat reibungslos funktioniert und die Dateien wurden meiner Bibliothek hinzugefügt.

                      Blood and Wine ist ein Add On, dass fast als eigenes Spiel durchgehen könnte. 20 Spielstunden bekommt man mit allen Nebenquests locker hin.

                      Es gibt neue Rüstungen, Waffen, Mutagene etc. Ich möchte ja nicht Spoilern ;)

                      Die neue Spielewelt ist mehr als gelungen. Es ist ein toller Kontrast zur restlichen Welt, farbenfroh und erinnert etwas an die Provence mit Lavendelfeldern. Es gibt viel zu entdecken (auch die Miniwelt am ende ist nochmel mehr abwechslung, aber da verrate ich jetzt nicht mehr ;) ) Mehr als einmal bin stehen geblieben um die Aussicht zu genießen. Die neue Story und Charaktere fügen sich perfekt in die Story ein und machen wie auch im Hauptspiel Spaß, sind spannend und allg. ein tolles Storytelling.
                      Auch nimmt sich das Spiel teils selbst auf den Arm, was teils sehr witzig ist.

                      Besonders episch und auch emotional gelungen finde ich das Ende (es gibt übrigens drei Unterschiedliche Enden, je nach euren Entscheidungen). Das Addon hat es geschafft, dass ich am Ende einfach nur vor dem Spiel gesessen bin, und alles erlebte nochmal Revue passieren zu lassen, weil ich irgendwie nicht fassen konnte, dass es nun wirklich vorbei ist. Das schaffen nicht viele Spiele (Red Dead Redemption war Zum Beispiel eins) und das hat auch das hauptspiel nicht geschafft.

                      Das Addon ist es meiner Meinung nach auf jeden Fall wert gespielt zu werden. Es hat witz, spaß Spannung, Story und was das Herz sonst noch begehrt. Das alles mit neueer optik, aber eben dem alten Charme. Jeder der das hauptspiel und Hearts of Stone gespielt hat wird auch seine Freude dran finden. Volle Kaufempfehlung für einen krönenden Abschluss eines der besten Spiele der letzten Jahre.

                      Viele hier scheinen hin und weg von dem Add On zu sein, ich bin es dagegen leider nicht sooo sehr.
                      Ich werde nicht sehr stark ins Detail gehen und alles aufzählen, stattdessen werde ich meine Meinung und meinen Eindruck des Ganzen niederschreiben.

                      Die neue Map ist echt schön, keine Frage. Die Umgebung ist farbenfroh und wirkt mit Liebe gestaltet.
                      ABER das Gesamtbild wird schnell getrübt, denn ich finde, der Anfang und die Aufmachung sind schon das Spektakulärste an allem.
                      Das liegt daran, dass es in diesem DLC viel zu viel Gelaber gibt. Man hat vielleicht 10 Min Gameplay während der Hauptstory,
                      der Rest ist viel blabla mit dazugehörig vielen Entscheidungen.
                      Wenn es mal Gameplay gibt, sind es nervige Aufgaben, die man schnell hinter sich bringen will. Zumindest ging es mir so.
                      Hier und da Hinweise finden, hier und da Sachen zusammensuchen. Oder aber ein nerviges Portalrätsel lösen, um ein paar Beispiele zu nennen.
                      Das Ritterturnier ist das einzig neue, was man so noch nicht aus Witcher kennt.
                      Ansonsten läuft es im Spiel wirklich immer so ab: Es startet eine Zwischensequenz mit viel "blablablabla" und nach 10-15 Min Gerede folgt ein Bosskampf. Danach wieder viel "blablablabla" und Bosskampf oder das Besiegen einer Horde von Gegnern, wow.
                      Gerade wenn man denkt, die Sequenz ist zu Ende, folgt noch mehr blabla und das geht gut und gern immer wieder 10-15 Min so.
                      Viel zu oft dachte ich mir, dass ich endlich mal Speichern möchte, es aber einfach nie konnte.
                      Entweder, wie gesagt, es ging die ganze Zeit weiter oder ich musste wem folgen und durfte vom Spiel aus gerade nicht speichern.
                      Irgendwie erinnerte mich das an das Spiel "Beyond two Souls", wo man praktisch einen Film gespielt hat.

                      Die Geschichte ansich finde ich auch nicht so prickelnd. Zu Beginn dachte ich noch, wie toll ich Anna Henrietta finde, was für eine coole Persönlichkeit sie doch ist. Die Einleitung in alles war dynamisch und teilweise auch lustig. Doch später fand ich Anna einfach nur noch nervig und kalt. Auch die Dynamik ging gänzlich verloren.
                      Dann gibt es da diese Märchenwelt, was ich zwar nett fand, mich aber fragte, ob Geralt nicht einfach nur high in einer Ecke liegt. An dieser Stelle sei gesagt, dass um das zu verstehen, man es selbst spielen müsste.
                      Die ganze Zeit hockte ich da und wartete auf diesen "Wow, jetzt wirds spannend"-Effekt, doch er trat einfach nicht sein.
                      Die Geschichte des DLCs zog sich in die Länge und hatte sogesehen mehrere Abzweigungen von Geschichten.
                      Interessant und umwerfend fand ich nur keine von denen und... Achja, die einzige Sexszene des DLCs hätte man sich sparen können, die
                      war einfach nur lächerlich und wirkte eher sinnlos reingequetscht. Übrigens hasse ich Syanna, intrigante Frauen können interessant sein, siehe Yennefer, oder einfach nur richtig schlecht umgesetzt, so wie Syanna. Bei ihr hatte ich dauerhaft das Verlangen, sie einfach umzubringen.

                      Ich finde es insgesamt "ok", doch meiner persönlichen Empfindung nach hat mich "Hearts of Stone" mehr gefesselt und war auch tiefgründiger.
                      Das Ende fand ich aber gut, ein würdriger Abschluss für den Hexer und zum Glück genießt er seine restliche Zeit auch nicht allein ;)

                      Bin jetzt 36 Jahre alt und spiele seit 23 Jahren Rollenspiele auf dem PC.
                      Noch nie hat mich ein Spiel (auch als Frau) so gefesselt wie die Saga um Geralt von Riva. Ich dachte echt nach Baldurs Gate,Final Fantasy, Monkey-Island, Morrorwind, Skyrim, die Gothic Reihe ect. gibt es nichts mehr danach, bis ich zufälligt vor ein paar Jahren bei Amazon die Witcher Reihe sah. Und ja, jetzt bin ich mir sicher, dass ist das Beste Spiel was ich je in den 23 Jahren gespielt habe. Das was dieses Spiel besser macht als andere, nun, es gibt auch andere Spiele wie Skyrim zB.: die von der Landschaft recht wohl mithalten können. Aber in keinem einzigen Rollenspiel wird eine so reizende, liebevolle, coole, mitreißende, interessante Geschichte über die Spielfigur selbst erzählt. Was nutzt mir Skyrim oder Gothic wenn ich dort mit einem Namenlosen Helden zu dem man Null- Bezug hat durch die Spielewelt marschiere. Genau das fehlt anderen Rollenspielen was für mich auch alle Witcher Teile ausmacht, das ist einfach der feine Unterschied. Blood and Wine habe ich schon ein paar Stunden gespielt und es ist einfach grandios. Ich weiss, klingt alles sehr geschwollen aber das ist meine Meinung und musste mal sein.

                      Da ich im vergangenen Jahr bereits The Witcher Wild Hunt durchgespielt habe und mit die Story, das Gameplay und alle Liebevoll eingearbeiteten Details wie man in den Städten wie Novigrad etc. gesehen hat sehr gut gefallen haben, war klar, dass ich mir den Nachfolger kaufen muss. Das Addon hat mich nicht enttäuscht. Eine Fabelhaft inszenierte Story und eine Atemberaubende Landschaft versüßen einem jegliche Stunden die man mit dem spielen zubringt. Vom Anfang wo man an einem echten Ritterturnier teilnehmen kann bis zum verwalten des eigenen Weingutes, hat mir echt jeder Aspekt an dem Spiel zugesagt. Es ist eines der wenigen Spiele was ich wirklich zu 100% durchgespielt habe so wie das Hauptspiel bspw. und welches mich bis zum Ende in seinen Bann ziehen konnte. Ich freue mich hier die best note vergeben zu können, auch wenn es den Publishern wahrscheinlich nicht viel bringt. Hut ab !
