Works perfectly. If there was anything I would change regarding the MyQ Garage door opener is not having it beep when you close the garage door. The cloud cam is awesome. Picks up a whisper. Night vision works great. Crystal clear image.

Got this to support Amazon's Key App. It was disappointing to see additional charges and subscription needed to control the garage from Alexa. Poor marketing of that feature. IFITT can find another sucker.
And he fact that only specific items "By Amazon" are eligible for garage delivery - disappointing.

This review is specific to the MyQ smart garage door opener (MYQ-G0301) + Amazon Cloud Cam (Key edition). The MyQ hub will not pair with the Amazon Cloud Cam. It will only pair with a Liftmaster camera. This was told to me in that many words by "Christie" with Chamberlain/MyQ. The Amazon Key app will not open/close your garage door unless you are located in an area eligible for Amazon Key delivery. This was told to me in that many words by "Chelle" of Amazon Key.

You can open and close your garage door with the MyQ app using the MyQ hub. Installation of the hardware and pairing the hardware with the app was easy.

You can view the Amazon Cloud Cam with either the Cloud Cam or Key apps. Installation and pairing of the camera with the apps was easy.

Unless you are in a Key eligible location, however, you cannot both view the camera and open/close the door from a single app (either the MyQ or the Key apps). Again, the MyQ app won't pair with the Cloud Cam. The Key app will only open/close the door if the door is in a Key eligible location. Otherwise, if you hit the open/close button in the Key app, it loops over the MyQ app. You cannot watch the door open close unless you then go back to the Key app. Very disappointing, and counter to what the description of this package says:

* SECURELY MONITOR YOUR GARAGE; Connect the myQ Smart Garage Hub with an Amazon Cloud Cam to see who comes and goes with 1080p HD video, night vision, and 2 way audio <---- THIS IS SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE AS MYQ WILL NOT PAIR WITH A CLOUD CAM

* OPEN AND CLOSE YOUR GARAGE DOOR FROM ANYWHERE; Use your smartphone to control your garage remotely; Or add more functionality to your existing garage door opener <---- YES, BUT GARAGE DOOR OPERATION AND CAMERA ARE IN SEPARATE APPS. YOU CANNOT PERFORM BOTH FUNCTIONS FROM A SINGLE APP UNLESS YOU USE THE KEY APP AND ARE IN A KEY ELIGIBLE AREA.

+ Install is relatively easy
+ Battery operated open/close sensor - don't need to run wires to the garage door itself

- 10 second beeping before the door closes is jarring and loud enough to wake up people inside the house
- Worked during setup, but only works in practice maybe 40% of the time. That's a terrible success rate.
- Battery operated open/close sensor - will need to replace batteries at some point.
