Can they be used as a gaming headset?

Solo Pro can be used for mobile gaming in standard Bluetooth mode. A separate Lightning - 3.5mm cable is required to enable wired mode for optimal performance with minimal latency.

Is there an input for connecting to a non-bluetooth device?

The Lightning charge connector can be used to connect a standard, non-Bluetooth audio source. A separate Lightning - 3.5mm cable is required.

Do they go on or over the ear?

Solo Pro features an on-ear design.

How do you charge them?

Charge your Solo Pro by plugging the included Lightning cable into the port on the bottom of the right ear cup.

How do you turn them on and off?

Solo Pro will power on by unfolding the headband, and power off when folded.

Can you control your music?

Solo Pro features onboard controls built into the right ear cup. Use the ‘b’ button to control playback – one press to play or pause, two presses to skip forward, or three presses to skip backward. Using the volume rocker above and below the ‘b’ button to adjust the volume up or down.

How long does the battery last?

Solo Pro can provide up to 22 hours of playback with Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) enabled, or up to 40 hours with ANC disabled.

Do they have a microphone?

Solo Pro features dual beam-forming microphones and a speech-detecting accelerometer for excellent voice clarity.

How do I pair with my iPhone?

Solo Pro is ready to pair right out of the box. For iOS devices, simply unfold the headband, then hold near your unlocked device and follow the onscreen instructions. The latest version of iOS is required.

How do I pair with my Android device?

For Android devices, visit the Google Play store and download the Beats app for easy one-touch pairing. You can also use the Bluetooth menu in your device.

How do I pair with additional Bluetooth devices?

To put Solo Pro into pairing mode, hold the mode button on the left control module for 3 seconds until the LED begins to blink. Then select Solo Pro in the Bluetooth menu on your device.

How do I activate Siri or other voice assistants?

Hold down the ‘b’ button on the right ear cup to activate Siri or the default voice assistant on your device. For iOS devices, you can also simply say “Hey Siri”.

    My boyfriend got these for my birthday and they are amazing, the quality and noise cancelling option is fantastic! I love them so much I wear them in my car and my radio works completely fine lol to shit them off you just close the sides. The next picture is the white light (fully charged) when it needs charged it will turn red and the button on the left is the noise cancelling option. Hope this helps!

    Best headphones I have ever owned. I bought these on Black Friday for the sale and I was weary about these because I have heard wishy washy reviews about beats. The noise cancellation is great on these however the transparency mode is a little weird it echos some sounds like our fish tank. I wish the carrying case was a hard shell case but it’s like this semi soft case. I tried all genres of music I listen to and then some country type music isn’t that good but rest is very good

    Earpads very soft. Band is not as tight as I expected - I consider my head shape and size to be very average (for a male) - mostly square, not wide. I think I could easily wear these for a long time.

    ANC is on par with Bose QC35ii. Not as good as Sony XM3, but that’s not really why you buy these headphones. These are out and about headphones — not lounging around headphones. ANC should be more than enough to drown out the gym noises.

    Sound quality is on par with any other headphone in this price range. Very good, well balanced.

    I haven't quite figured out the noise cancelling yet but the headphones are working great. Every time I try to turn on the noise cancelling function there is a little sound that I believe is letting me know that the function has been turned on but I still hear quite a bit of my surrounding area. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or if there was a step I missed but the sound quality is decent, not really worth the money but doable. Other than not mastering the noise cancelling function and subpar sound quality, I love the color scheme and the smoothness of the headphones all around. I was slightly surprised that these genially didn't need any wires as my previous ones were the solo 3 in rose gold (I wish I could get the solo pro in that color too).

    Not recommended due to clamping force & comfort issues from extended use; there's no power button so they're easily the worst designed device I own. Volume "button" doesn't always register even though there's tactile feedback. Considering the price, these should be avoided.
