    Battery literally dies in 3-5 hours , I rarely use mine and it has to be charged so much already smhSeller gave me an already used surface pro , my screen keeps sticking my warranty is up in a month and I just bought it . Warranty is supposed to last a year , seller is a scam artist I paid well over 1200+ dollars on the tablet and accessories for it to not even be brand new or for it to not even fully work or come with the apps and systems it was supposed to come with !!! I’m highly upset highly disappointed don’t even know what to do at this point just sick to my stomach how someone could be okay with scamming people and my processor is SQ1 NOT SQ2 !!!!IN ADDITION ITS A WHOLE SEPARATE DAY AND NOW MY SCREEN IS BLACKED OUT IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A WEEK !!

    Bought it as a secondary machine to both my work laptop and my desktop. And for that, it is perfect. If you can spend most of your time in a web browser, and want something ultra portable, this is definitely for you. The Verge even went so far as to say "Microsoft accidentally made the perfect Chromebook" haha.

    Now, if this is your ONLY device and you are not replacing a chromebook - I'd suggest a different device. If you wanted to stay in the Surface family, I'd suggest a Surface Laptop 3 although the battery life is not nearly as good. I'd probably suggest a Dell XPS or whatever the top rated laptop is at the moment.

    Battery life is great, ranges 7-8 hours with full brightness and watching a couple hours of netflix/streamed shows and a bunch of web surfing.

    Windows Hello works nicely. Video conferencing, apart from the kickstand angle, is nice too.

    If I traveled anymore, I'd be excited to bring this ultraportable device with me. It would be utterly perfect for it. Although I'd be bummed I'd likely have to bring a usb-c to headphone adapter. Or maybe I'd have to get BT headphones.

    After a month, I finally started to use the slim pen to do some whiteboard drawing in Google Jamboard - that worked pretty well too. The hide-away slot is crucial because I have lost the pen to my work laptop already so the rare times I want to use it, I want to have it handy. Plus I like how it is not sticking out the side of the device.

    Minor complaints / things to improve
    - Include a headphone jack
    - Have one USB-C port on each side of the device
    - Stiffen up the surface keyboard near the esc and delete keys (it has a different connection than previous surface type covers.)
    - More colors for the type covers, or perhaps backwards compatibility with other type covers
    - ideal video conferencing angles are hard to get with the kickstand

    This is probably the best laptop I’ve had. A little big to be a tablet, but it is very versatile. Once you have all the accessories, it feels complete. I also like how I can use the stylus to write on documents in tablet mode and even zoom into them. This is perfect for work and college. It’s worth every dollar spent.

    For almost one year now I have struggled with getting raid of my iPad pro and moving back to a windows based tablet. I finally made that decision last week. I find myself been more productive on my Microsoft Surface Pro X than I did on my iPad. Everything just works. But, there is just one drawback, some software doesn't work. Hopefully MS can do something about this. I love my Microsoft Surface Pro X

    I hope there is an option on the item page so that I can select the keyboard language I want to buy.
    Where my desire was that the keyboard language be Arabic next to the English language.

     Battery literally dies in 3-5 hours , I rarely use mine and it has to be charged so much already smh
    Seller gave me an already used surface pro , my screen keeps sticking my warranty is up in a month and I just bought it . Warranty is supposed to last a year , seller is a scam artist I paid well over 1200+ dollars on the tablet and accessories for it to not even be brand new or for it to not even fully work or come with the apps and systems it was supposed to come with !!! I’m highly upset highly disappointed don’t even know what to do at this point just sick to my stomach how someone could be okay with scamming people and my processor is SQ1 NOT SQ2 !!!!

    IN ADDITION ITS A WHOLE SEPARATE DAY AND NOW MY SCREEN IS BLACKED OUT IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A WEEK !!
