While my therapist likes this product better than a gym ball for me it was uncomfortable to use because it hurt after a few times and I couldn’t position it in such a way to make it repetitively comfortable. I am using my gym ball instead which has greater flexibility without hurting.

The quality of the material is good, the pads are secure and the slightly smaller diameter (12") makes for a flexible but firmer squeeze, which is what I wanted. By comparison, I also tried a larger (14") ring by a different manufacturer and found it was too flexible and shook under pressure. This URBNFit ring seems stable under pressure and offers a good level of resistance. The price-point (£17) seems a tad on the higher-than-average side on Amazon but I feel it is justified by the high quality of the product.
