Also, it was significantly challenged by the reduced light conditions of the chamber enclosure. I have since repurposed this camera as a conference cam. which is much better suited to its capability.

I was incredibly disappointed with this webcam. The picture quality is all red, or dark. Because it's a Microsoft camera, if you are running Windows 10, there is no longer an app that allows you to adjust this. Microsoft thinks that you should just be happy with it. Also this thing doesn't hold on to the monitor. Until a new one from Logitech arrives, I've literally got it duct-taped. Just avoid this one.

La webcam è molto facile da installare, basta collegarla ad una porta USB e può essere utilizzata fin da subito. La qualità video è molto buona mentre quella audio non è il massimo se si prova a registrare strumenti musicali poiché in questo caso il volume è molto basso e non è molto fedele. In questo caso conviene collegare un microfono migliore e metterlo vicino alla sorgente audio (amplificatore, casse, ecc...).
Molto buona invece la qualità audio per la chat, il volume è ok e non ci sono tagli di frequenze particolarmente fastidiosi.
Inoltre con l'app Camera di Windows 10 è possibile fare video con risoluzione 720p a 30fps e a questo prezzo non si può chiedere di più.
Infine la webcom è molto comoda perché può essere messa in qualsiasi posizione. Può essere messa sopra uno schermo, sopra la scrivania, inclinabile in altezza grazie al supporto in gomma e regolabile orizzontalmente con un angolo di circa 30-45 gradi.
