Gioco arrivato in tempi record Amazon sempre al top!
Se amate avventurarvi verso l ignoto questo gioco e il massimo che ce sul mercato insieme al suo rivale Elite Dangerous
You may notice some copies more expensive than others, always buy cheaper because the DLC n updates are all free... Doesn't make a difference.
Now about this game... No game in years has had me hooked for more than 10hrs in one sitting. There is so much content in this game I can't even describe it fully. The game is so vast... You won't even believe it.
First off, the game should be viewed as an exploration, survival open world or world's I should say. There is no loading screens in the game, you have to mine materials for certain purposes... To fix your ship, weapons or to gather in order to sell.
You can customize your character once you reach a space station n buy or upgrade your own ship or new ships... Along with weaons upgrades (which isn't the games main focus)
Whatever your experience is on one planet or star system, will not be the same throughout the whole game... It is an absolute impossibility to visit every planet in this game, it will take 585 billion years to visit each for 1second. So if you start off on barren boring planets at the beginning... It won't always be that way.
I tried catching this game out because I couldn't believe that these world's were completely open to us, so after leaving a space station with a distress signal coming from a planet... I decided to enter the planet on the opposite side, was entering the atmosphere... Which acts as the planets loading screen but you're not stuck, you can dip in n out n the game never pauses or delays... So I entered through the atmosphere, saw the marker for the distress signal n the ETA on the location at my current speed was 10hrs away, our time to get there... One hr using boosters, I wanted to catch the game out to see if we actually arrive with quests close to us, no matter how n where we arrive... it's not the case, if you arrive 1,000 KM away, you have to travel 1,000km or fly out into space, loop round in drop back in closer to the target... Just don't run out of thruster fuel with no uranium which is needed to take off, 1000s of KMs for anywhere because you will have to walk to a trading Post, which you will have to find on your own without a trading Post scanner upgrade on your ship n buy some thruster fuel... You find these places by seeing other space craft circling or flying to n from the trading Post landing pads... It happened to me but you will die if the planet is toxic or radio active, your life support will run out. lol
Talking with aliens will seem lack luster n very simplicitic. The weapons are basic but as stated, it's obviously not the games main focus. The environments if hostile, will have you dying or close to dying if you don't pay attention, which is why you mine oxygen or sodium to keep your suits life support full n shield.
Careful going down caves, some can go on for what seems miles, I only say this as one cave I went in, I was in for over an hour... Gathered over 1 million units worth of resources n was able to get a new ship on my first space station visit but I had space pirates trying to extort me for money n kill me when I refused... Some of these ships cost up to 60 odd million n theres also another currency in game which merchants only use n is harder to obtain, so it's not like you get rich easy because things are expensive... Unless you mine, farm resources n build your finances quick that way.
There is combat but it's obvious that isn't the games purpose but it's there n I believe they are planning on updating the combat in order to appeal to player demands.
You will be scanning animals n plants for data which also gets you money... Then taking n mining each in order to refuel your ship, repair your ship, to create an upgrade that you have to convert using a little converter that looks like a wee cooking processor but you have to get fuel for that to work n wait as each material is broken down, converted n then you apply it.
There is multiplayer but for some reason, I'm not entirely sure if I'm online with others, on my Xbox I have no join game option but I'm pretty sure it was there when I first started the game. Now the likelihood of meeting someone is slim unless it's someone in your friends list but it can happen. I've seen it on YouTube.
Theres an entire online galactic empire on a certain star system that has hundreds of player built bases on each planet n they are one big group... They are currently being attacked by outsiders but one outsider who built an army, took 3 planets off them but was defeated due to their numbers lol
So there is an online presence but it's an absolute nightmare to find them, it's well documented on YouTube. Which is why the calls for better combat, enemies n cities etc be added.
This is a very long review n may have gone off track but I just wanted to give the game the justice it deserves, it got a lot of hate at the beginning... Which it deserved but it's entirely different now n well worth it.
Overall id give it a 9, keep in mind I'm only 30 hours in over 2 days, only been on 2 planets so far, named n uploaded my planet discoveries which others will see, visit n know who was the first person there... Even visit my bases if they find it or if I build them. Base building is a big trend in this game.
There is a campaign that's 30 hours long I believe which I haven't started... I just see the mass potential it has n is heading towards. Better enemies, combat, fractions, camps, cities, nomadic tribes, online servers for more players to be on at once without having to be friends n it would then be the best space game on console.
Would definitely recommend... Just don't go in expecting lots of action, guns blazing because you're not going to get that... Unless you find the online galactic hub... Which is like a civilization lol
It's basically interstellar n the Martian in a video game.
