After playing the Dark Souls series and Elden ring, I had to play this as well. I don't like that it's only available on PlayStation, but what can you do. Like other FromSoftware games, this one is absolutely amazing. I didn't find it to be quite as difficult as Dark Souls, but the aesthetic and gameplay are phenomenal. Highly recommend even if you've never played a Soulsborne game before.

One of the most fun games I’ve ever played. It’s very violent and also very difficult, but so satisfying to play.
For those coming from Elden Ring, this one is much faster paced and some may find it harder due to the lack of certain things (no Mimic Tear for example). The inclusion of guns as a way to parry is interesting to get used to, but so satisfying when you pull it off. The healing is different than the other souls games; flasks have to be farmed/bought, they don’t regenerate each time you rest. The bosses are hard but not overwhelmingly so (looking at you, blade of Miquella).
Overall, this game is a crazy fun time and will test your patience. It’s tough but very satisfying to get through. From Software never disappoints, and if you like their other titles you’ll adore this one. A hunter must hunt

When I bought the DLC it was not compatible with this game requiring me to buy the game again to play the DLC. If you plan on buying DLC separately make sure game region matches your accounts region.
