Very difficult when Arlo sends AI generated responses to my inquiries for set -up and there isn't any one that is willing or able to help troubleshoot upon request. Once finally set up. Works Wonderfully! Clear picture. Great sound. Good product. I am glad that I added it to my Arlo security family. Wish the literature came with the product so I didn't have to contact the company. That was the only thing missing.

Tried Ring, Eufy, and Wyze video doorbells before settling on the Arlo video doorbell. I installed the wired version and it took about a half hour to install the hardware and set it up in the Arlo app. I really like that it calls my cell phone when someone rings the doorbell. Great feature for me. Integrates well with my Arlo cameras in the Arlo app. The Arlo app takes some getting used to. But so do others.
Note: It may be difficult to install the doorbell on horizontal siding. I had a friend use his 3D printer to make a special mount that works with my siding. We are making a smaller version to replace the one you see in the photo. The new mount will be mostly hidden behind the doorbell.
