The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that 2 times it crashed with programs open. Had to restart, thank goodness I was working on Web Apps & did not have to worry about lost work.
I have had this laptop for 2 months and overall very pleased.
There is a,newer model that is available.
Customer support was a joke: They were unable to track the CD version they sent. Once it arrived, one of the three discs was damaged so they had to send ANOTHER set.
I also noticed damage to the screen (a bright white spot that was more noticeable on a bright colored background. Apparently, this is "common with cheap screens" but can be fixed by the manufacturer. The fix was surprisingly quick and I got my laptop back within the same week I sent it out.
Last but not least, this thing is light, portable, and great if you travel for business like me. But you will NOT get 9 hours of battery life. It is more like 4 hours or less depending on how you use it for your work. I personally use this laptop to run my accounting software and check my emails.
