Our 13yo daughter started feeling some back pain, and we needed a new mattress. This is the perfect bed for someone who likes pillow-soft support! It is not reversible; the top is the top, and that's that. The only rotating you can do is to spin it so you don't constantly put the same pressure in the same place. That being said, this is not traditional urethane foam-and-spring, which do wear down more quickly and lose their integrity. It does have handles stitched very securely to the back side in four locations (I include images below) to aid in moving it. Very handy! My son was able to put the mattress on his shoulders/back and carry it around to the back of the house. It has no internal frame, so it can flex to go through tight spaces, or, as in our case, up a spiral stairwell.I did some research with the Tempur Pedic customer service, and learned that this mattress in queen size weighs about 90 lbs, and will begin to harden (temporarily, until it warms back up) at around 50F. The layered density makes for a very nice "aaaahh" feeling of pillow-top-ness, with the heavier, denser material underneath to give support.This calls itself "medium-soft", and I would agree it has that pillowey quality; but I didn't realize it would support so well. I'm VERY happy with this, and I think most anyone would sleep very comfortably on it.

We've been sleeping on this bed for almost a month now. We used to wake up sore every morning and I had a lot of trouble sleeping but now I lay down and immediately feel comfortable enough to sleep. We also never feel sore like we used to. So for now I'd say this mattress is great although very expensive and probably not for everyone.

The mattress is great. I've only slept on it one night at my house, but it feels exactly the same as the Cloud Prima we slept on at the house we rented in Florida in March (I had called the rental manager to look and see what brand and model the mattress was.)

The memory foam rebounds quickly when you roll or move. Really, it doesn't feel like memory foam as much as just a nice firm comfortable surface. The mattress itself feels firm and perfect for my wife and I.

The Delivery experience is the reason for my 1 star rating: We were asked to schedule our delivery of this mattress, and selected an early time - between 9am and noon - so I could still work half a day. Morning of the delivery, I received an email from XPO Logistics saying the delivery was “on its way!” with the correct estimated time window. Email also said they would contact me “immediately” should any events arise that would delay the delivery.

Link to the tracking page on XPO’s website had a convenient map where it appeared I could follow the truck and see how many stops were before us, etc.

No email. No text. No phone call. I called customer service and they couldn’t reach the driver. The website never updated to show any movement of the truck. The window stayed at 9-12.

At 8pm, the truck showed up at my house and I received a call that they were there (not 30 mins prior, which was supposed to happen.) Then the guys opened the truck and ours was the only item in it. Clearly, we were the final stop of the day in spite of having scheduled for 9:00am-12:00pm. Then the guys spent 20 mins fiddling with an app to sign me out.

The drivers were friendly and were equally frustrated with XPO, blaming the issues on their company.

To get a medium SOFT (but still comfortable) order the Medium PRIMA CLOUD. To get Medium FIRM (much more firm) order the MEDIUM CLOUD.
