Got them yesterday and they work great so far. As for other reviewers stating they’re a pain to take on and off, isn’t that the point? I wanted them for skiing and was worried if I had a hard crash the AirPod might come out of the strap and become lost. Happily these are VERY snug and I don’t anticipate them coming out. Look forward to trying them out on the slopes.

These hold on to the AirPods very tightly and the strap is lightweight and doesn't pull down like some other Bluetooth earphones that are wired to each other. I am able to get the strap over my head while the AirPods are still in my ears so that's a plus too (taking the AirPod out of your ear interrupts whatever is playing).
The only thing I dislike is that I can not get the strap to wrap around the storage case as shown in the photos. I end up with about an inch and a half that is too long and hangs out but not long enough to wrap around the case one more time to clip to itself. If they had included two clips it would make storage easier.
Other than that it's a great product so far.

I wear these for work and like others have said they do sometimes pull the AirPods out of my ears, especially if you keep it looped around the back of your neck while wearing them, I have a pretty active job so I move around a lot. I have gotten around this by keeping it in front while I work and looping it around my neck when I take them out. I bought this because I frequently need to take my headphones in/out while at work and shoving one in my pocket was getting annoying because I would lose it in there or it would start playing in my other ear. I have also been worried about dropping my headphones in water or something at work. Overall it mostly does what I need it to do, it would be nice to keep it around my neck all the time so I could take one out as needed to stop the music and talk to people, without needing to take out both and put it around my neck. If it were a few inches longer it would be even better.

Strap color (white) matches AirPods perfectly, they are very snug when inserting on the tube part and easy to wrap around the case. Only possible negative thing to say is that some people may find the strap a tad bit short (21.6in) but it’s fine for me as it reaches from ear to ear without being tight around the neck. Has enough slack in my opinion. I would recommend for anybody that is constantly inserting and removing the AirPods (as I am always on calls and taking them out when people want to talk and don’t have to worry about losing an earpiece).

Somewhat of a hassle (and tips to keep Airpods from falling out of your ears)

This works, but it's a bit of a hassle to use, which means I don't use it super often.

First off, this is supposed to wrap around your Airpods case. Yeah, you can do it, but it isn't super secure, and it takes time to do it right. I just keep mine separately (which there's no good way to do, since it doesn't stay coiled naturally). Additionally. the clip to hold the ends together broke after about a year of moderate use.

Next up, attaching the strap to your Airpods. First off, it's a very tight fit, which is good from a safety perspective (I never worried about my earbuds coming loose), but makes for a slow process to slide the silicon over the earbuds.

A number of reviewers complained about the strap pulling the Airpods out of their ears. I had this problem at first myself, but discovered the solution. The strap does not twist easily. That means if it doesn't lie flat around your neck, it will apply a rotational force onto your Airpods, which makes them fall out of your ears. The solution to this is to install the strap on one earbud, then put both earbuds in your ears. Run the strap around your neck and attach it to the other earbud in your ear, so that there's no twisting force in the strap. With that, I have very little trouble with them falling out.

Then, you need to charge your Airpods. Getting them detached from the strap is a slow process, due to the tight fit. Also, worth noting that you can't just charge one earbud while using the other, since the strap has no effect in that case.

All told, yes, this product works; but it's significantly more hassle than I anticipated, and as a result, I don't use it nearly as much as I was expecting to.

Just got my Airpods after a 6 week wait. I had ordered this strap to have on hand as I am active and didn't want to take a chance on losing the Airpods. I walk, bike and exercise daily so I knew they wouldn't stay in. The strap works great. I have the strap behind my neck and then use a hook that I made out of a grocery produce bag twisty to tie the two sides of the strap together under my chin. The strap and tie hold the Airpods snugly in my ears. I have had zero problems with them popping out. The strap also is handy for when I don't want the Airpods in my ears as they can just hang around my neck. I've attached a photo showing the twisty tie on the strap.

I absolutely love Spigen products and will continue to use them in the future. The price and quality has always been top notch. The one star rating is simply because this product did not work for me. My intention was to use this while working out with my AirPods. I found that the band caused the AirPods to dislodge enough from my ear to cut off the connection. (The AirPods use a sensor that cuts off the audio when it is removed from the ear.) You may not have this problem. The product itself is great quality and the material used is reminiscent of the silicone band apple uses on their watches. The AirPods fit snugly onto the band and I was confident that they would not come loose.

Paying so much for air pods, I did not want to loose one which is common from what I read. These are perfect, I use them all the time. Too bad they can't stay on while charging. Hope Apple redesigns the charger in the future. Considering I use them 2-4 times a week, the ends do not get loose from always putting them on or off. I'm cautious about that and am very confident they hold the air pods tightly each time.

This little strap works just fine once you figure out exactly how to position it on the AirPods. When I first got it I did not pay too much attention to how the holders/t-joint was positioned. As a result, as other have noted, it continually pulled one of the AirPods out of my ear (in my case, the left one). However, once I repositioned the left connection so that the t-joint basically covered the L designation on the airpod, problem solved. Now, they stay in my ear just fine. The strap does move around a bit as you swivel your head but it doesn't pull the AirPods out once you get it oriented properly.
