These do all they say they do, perfect product BUT, I myself ordered wrong for my taste. I like bright white light and would normally use 'daylight' bulbs. I did not read properly and ended up with these; my mistake.
So I'll say if you normally like soft white or daylight, etc. be sure to read the description.
As far as function goes, these work with my 4th gen echo device perfectly! We screwed in the bulbs, turned the switch ON and asked echo to discover, it did and we asked to rename them (at first it was called light one). Easy peasy :)
