I recently started having problems with my Astro A40s so I decided to get a cheap headset until I get it fixed. I was very pleased with what I received. I was able to plug the headset into my mixamp and it worked perfectly fine. The sound is not the highest of quality compared to the A40s but I believe it's very high quality for a $60 mic. The mic mutes itself when you move it up which is very convenient. The headset can be pretty tight and so if you have a large head or large ears it might be a bit uncomfortable or too tight on you or maybe it'll take some getting used to. It's not a perfect headset but if you can't afford an expensive headset this is a great option. I play competitive COD and had no trouble hearing enemy noises. It also looks simple and clean which I prefer.

Very fast shipping thanks to amazon prime. I’ve used it a full day now, out the box I was astounded, very slick awesome design, everything I needed was included nothing missing. I plugged it right up to my Xbox controller and had to go through my options to set it up to work, when I finally got it to work I heard the amazing sound. Incredible base perfect for gaming, the headset fits so snuggly and comfortably over your head and ears. Very good for long hours of gaming.

At first I thought the mic didn’t work, and with a little research I learned that I didn’t plug the aux jack in far enough on the A10 side. As soon as I did the mic worked good as new. The Mic sound / game sound integration is perfect, I haven’t heard such quality from anything yet.

The removable jack makes it really durable in my opinion and prevents you from accidentally dropping or pulling the cord off and breaking it.

I didn’t have to buy the mixer Amp for the Xbox that’s a lie, all these negative reviews are false I truly advice you buy this headset you have my word that for 60$ you won’t find a sexier more perfect headset for Xbox or any console including PC.

4 years later and I'm still a proud (take this lightly) owner of the Astro A10's

Pros:
- Comfortability is completely depending on the size of your head and ears, the headset has adjustment sliders that go up and down if you have a bigger or smaller head but the ear cups put a fair amount of pressure on the ears which may be an issue for some people at times including myself

- The sound quality is amazing and is probably the only reason I'm still rocking with this headset, I'm a video editor & motion designer so doing sound design with this headset makes it a breeze and listening to music at full volume is still as pleasing from when I originally bought it back in 2017

- Adding onto the sound quality, this headset is super bassy so if you like that then there ya go

Cons:
- The mic isn't detachable and only slides one way, this means if you're wearing the headset correctly the mic should only be able to slide down facing your left while wearing it. Prior to this headset I always wore headsets with the mic facing to my right and thought I'd hate the change but I got used to it and it doesn't bother me at all anymore

- Did not come with a PC splitter as advertised, I still don't know if Astro's official website offers a splitter if you purchase from them directly but if you're worried about not receiving one I would 100% check Astro's website beforehand

3/24/2021 update: I'm gonna keep this short but overall this headset has lasted me a very long time, I think the only thing I would change about it if I could would be to change the layout of the ear cups but that's really it. I plan on upgrading to studio headphones very soon to pursue my career path but I'd still highly recommend this headset if you're on a budget and want more than a decent headset as it's lasted me this long already

My pursuit for a durable headphone lead me here. One comment that had me sold on the product was a review claiming that the headband plastic was so durable it is nearly impossible to break. I have had headphones that fell apart because of subpar plastic. These headphones are the opposite of that. You would need to melt these A10 headphones to do damage. The design of having the hear cuffs house the headphone band is an incredibly savvy touch. The microphone is excellent since it is flexible but malleable. And the foam cushion at the top of the headphone band keeps your head snug. The cord used to plug in your device to your headphones has a silky texture. Very nice. Make sure you plug in your cable securely to ensure a proper connection.

I wish these headphones came with a wireless option!

This is a nicely built, comfortable headset. The quality of the plastic felt nice, it fit my head, and the detachable cord is a huge plus. There was a small scuff in the plastic on the underside of one of the earcups, but it wasn't particularly noticeable. The rubbery cables would be my only complaint as far as the materials go.

Unfortunately...I can't comment on how it sounds. After my initial positive impressions, I was quickly concerned with how loose the cable attached to the jack on the ear cup. It was barely secure. Sure enough, there was no audio in the left ear and the right was extremely quiet (a complaint that turns up in multiple reviews on this page). I don't know if it was damaged in transit due to the minimal amount of protective packaging Amazon uses or if it was already broken and passed QC anyway. I don't know what the mic quality was like, because the sound levels made it unusable. I tried using another audio cable just in case, but the problem remained.
For the price, this seems like a great deal, if you get one that works. There was no option to exchange it either outside of a straight refund. I ordered some Redragon H510s instead. Those are great.

I have bought this product before multiple years ago but wanted a new pair of headphones as the old pair had been worn down. Highly recomend these headphones if you are a gamer on modern gaming systems or just want some comfortable headphones to wear.

Super Sturdy and can pretty much be dropped a lot and still be good. My last pair lasted 4/5 years and for the value for money you cant beat that. Slight downside was the box was defintley used but the product was brand new so keep in mind just in case.

Die Mikrofonqualität hat mich auch sehr überzeugt. Das Mikrofon überträgt ein klares und deutliches Tonbild.

Das einzig negative ist die Flip to Mute Funktion, sobald man das Mikro hoch klappt ist man nicht vollständig gestummt, aber darüber kann man hinweg sehen.

Fazit:

Alles in allem ist das ein Headset was man nur empfehlen kann. Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Me llegaron un día antes de tiempo estimado en muy buen estado, recomiendo completamente comprar en Amazon, los Astro llegaron en un muy buen estado, presentando una estética de 10, creo que tienen bastante calidad de sonido y todo para el precio tan accesible que tienen si quieres tener una experiencia de audio magnifica recomiendo estos, por otro lado si te basas más en el competitivo por ejemplo yo en Gears recomiendo los a40 ya que tienen un mix up además de que el sonido es más bueno en ese aspecto pero tampoco para el on line estan mal, los a10 pero si tienen el dinero recomiendo los a40 o a50 muy buena marca y servicio. Llevo ya más de 6 meses con ellos y los trato bien estan como nuevos los use por más de 10 horas seguidas durante 4 meses ahorita tengo un año con ellos pero me compre los a50.

Le casque est robuste,bien fait et confortable même après plusieurs heures et sans cheveux! ;)
Pour ce qui est du son,je ne suis pas expert mais je trouve le rendu très agréable.
À noter la très bonne isolation,aussi.
Du coup,j'en ai pris deux et Madame est très contente!(elle avait un Triton Kunai qui à cassé)
