I dreaded spending this much on a travel system, but I see this as an investment for the next 4-5 years. I have to admit I think it is worth it.
We walk a lot so I wanted something that was really smooth for mama, papa and of course baby. The Cruz is super smooth. We bought the travel system to make it easy to switch to a car-based system if need be. All the pieces are there to accommodate any situation. We even shelled out extra for a footmuff and infant insert. All work seamlessly.
Uppababy also has a great warranty system, customer service and vocal fan-base. It's really easy to find information like instructional videos and FAQs.
Initially, when I received this stroller I was super excited. I've been using this stroller for the past 4 months and honestly there's an issue with the front wheels... like it keeps getting stuck. Secondly, for the past week the back wheels have been making this really annoying squeaky noise. I'm not sure what the issue is, but if I had the chance I would return my stroller. Wish I stayed with my Nuna!
