My only complaint is that more Bulb base options aren't available.
I initially thought that I could pair more than the Sengled lighting to the hub, but that was impossible as it is locked down for only Sengled products in the app. I then thought I would try the bulbs on the old ZB hub, but it seems like they look some of the colour range and dimming settings. I then discovered that you can add Sengled devices to Home Assistant using the Sengled account to talk to the hub through the internet. This seems to work, though I am trying to migrate from any internet connection for my home automations with IoT devices -- they should work when the internet is not available.
Setup was a bit of a pain as none of the bulbs were paired to the hub and they also were not in pairing mode. Unlike other ZB bulbs, the on-off pairing reset has to be faster than the switch in a table lamp. I had to plug a lamp into a surge protector to reset the bulbs one at a time, since I had to flip the on-off switch to on about ten times within about 5sec before they would enter pairing mode.
I am using these devices (hub and all bulbs) with Alexa without any issues for now... until Amazon or Sengled screws that up as well. It currently works really well as it is fast and it always responds. The bulbs are bright in yellow mode which is my default. I am rating this four stars for the regular users that have none of my needs, as it is easy to setup (except entering pairing mode) and it works readily with Alexa. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary...
Feb 25, 2021, 5:20 PM EST, I got a response from customer service as shown in " " below. That was Feb 25. So far, nothing happened. I loved the product and want to buy other LED lights. But the way warranty work, it seems like NO warranty at all. :(

Update 3/5/21
The hub broke where tiny plastic piece hold the crew inside the flipable metal plug (see pic). That was with a gentle unplug to move it to a different location. Now it's just a useless piece awaiting manufacturing response for warranty replacement. I get a response telling me that there is no way to track a replacement until they ship it out. That was over a week ago. I really like Sengled bulbs and want to buy more. But I need to make sure that they stand behind their products.

It turns out that the ed problem is Sengled US website. Once it fixed, registration and set up is OK. Hub Wifi set up is bit weird and not user friendly as it should. But doable. The problem with its app and website is that when their sites have technical issues, they blame users' internet connection instead of admitting the fact and inform users. It wastes users time and causes frustration.
Can't even create an account? 1st try Singled Element Home App. Then, Singled Home App. It keeps saying check internet connection or my phone lost internet connection. All their support web pages can't be reached. I can connect to any web site just fine. Going to give it one more try tomorrow. If problem persist, it will get returned.

-app is pretty easy to use and the lights and hub arent hard to setup at all
They get pretty bright and the daylight setting is pure white which i love
-you can setup a time when they turn off which helps my busy schedule if i ever forget to turn them off

-my lights are synced to alexa and they work about 80% of the time when i ask her to change color or turn on and off
Very easy to set up and control. You can modify the brightness as well as the light color (soft white or daylight) with voice commands or manually through the apps. You can also set light schedules. I really liked them and I recommend them 100%. Compatible with Alexa.
The build quality is amazing. Setup and installation was a breeze too.
Last thing, you can add it to Google Assistant (the phone version) after initial setup. Or to Google Home is you have a nest. I control it via voice only now. First through Assistant before I got the nest mini, then later through the nest itself.
