This is a surprisingly sturdy desk, given it's assembled with screws by hand (ratcheting screwdriver highly recommended). It doesn't wobble at all when typing on a laptop.
The height is adjustable among 3 heights, but only the tallest one is really usable for adults.
The surface is neat and white-clean.
The only problem is that mice don't glide well on it - or at least my Logitech MX Master 3, which has excellent gliding pads, that glide on all other desks I've tried it on. Indeed, if you feel the PAHL's surface, it's very very slightly abrasive. Totally comfortable for the skin, but not smoother enough for a mouse. Of course, you can use a mouse pad, or even a sheet of paper to solve that problem.
There's no foot rest, but if you mount the two side bars the opposite way from what's shown in the photos, you can rest your feet on them if you sit sideways.
