    Received phone instantly worried the package looked like ace ventura delivered it. Opened the box and there were fingerprints all over the phone. I know its a referb but come on... Turned the phone on and saw a TMoble screen. WTF this is suppose to be an unlocked phone. I thought it was a referb so not too worried until i went to install my 2 sim cards and found the sim holder only has a slot for one sim. Sending back for refund this phone was not what was advertized. Very diappointed. Buyer be ware whe dealing with this vendor

    The product OnePlus 6T does exactly what is it says online. It has a stunning screen resolution especially for making and playing 4K videos. Amazon has refurbished the device amazingly to the point that you are not able to distinguish it from a band new product. You cannot get a better deal online for the price of it.

    However, the device did not come with a user manual that I downloaded easily from the internet. Also there was no Sim card tray opener but using a simple wood tooth pick did the job easily. I would highly recommend this for those who like good features in their cellphone at a competitive cost.

    All the security features like face recognition and finger prints are easy to setup and work flawlessly. The only trivial things that are missing are no memory card, not headphone jack. But then again who needs a memory card when you have 128 GB of storage to use lavishly. Blue tooth of this device give a strong signal very easy to pair with any blue tooth enabled device. No qualm there either. The device, the seller, and Amazon all three deserve a 5 star rating. If you want to save money and would like all the good features of a smart phone........ GO FOR THIS PRODUCT.

    Im glad i bought from the seller RE-CELL. I reached out to the seller and asked if the phone is compatible with Verizon and RE-CELL said he would hold the phone for me and check. If it didnt work out then i could cancel my order. Sure enough it works flawlessly on Verizon. There were some minor scratches on the phone, but nothing noticeable. The best part about the phone is the battery life. It lasts forever compared to my original pixel phone. I wasn't expecting the refurb phone to have battery life this good. All in all, good experience with phone and from seller.

    I bought one from OnePlus and got another for my younger brother, I personally love the phone but this review is what you don't get.

    First the quality of the refeb: overall it's quite good, much less play in the charge port than mine, and the screen is completely scratch free. Sadly there was some gunk in the earpiece, about as much as was in my earpiece (it's not easy to get out).

    Second the device itself: the phone that we got was sadly the T-Mobile version, the sim tray has one slot instead of two and the settings doesn't show the same sim switching as mine. We ended up using a non Verizon sim but I did check the IMEI and it comes up as Verizon compatible, so it seems to be unlocked after the fact. Also I don't like the T-Mobile logo that shows at start-up but that usually doesn't matter much.

    Third the accessories: as stated in the listing it does not come with the headphone adapter nor the dash charger. The charger it does come with seems VERY cheep, I personally won't use it at all. If you do want the faster charging I strongly recommend getting the headphone adapter from OnePlus($15) as non OEM ones seem to have an inferior DAC. As for the dash charger, there are non OEM ones on Amazon but I can't speak to their quality, One plus no longer sells dash chargers but their warp chargers are still backwards compatible if OEM is the route you would like to take.

    Great phone but not compatible with Verizon! it took us 3x to the Verizon store to figure out what was wrong by the time they figured out what was happening, this seller wouldn't refund our money or replace the 2 phones we purchased from them? they said we were out of our warranty. The data on my husband's phone keeps turning itself on by its self, he hardly uses any internet? The data on my phone doesn't work once I'm away from wifi? so if I'm away from the house I have No internet!!! this sucks. 3 x to Verizon and they determined it's because these phones are not compatible with their service? now we get charged overage for data every month, for data we don't use? and because they won't return them and we can't afford to purchase new ones. we're stuck with this crappy situation.

Also didn't come with a dual SIM tray, if you want you can order a dual tray for like 6 dollars and it should work.

    This phone is extremely snappy, high quality and probably the best price to performance you can find today. I am happy with the condition as I couldn't find a single scratch on it. When using the phone I found with the microphone while using WhatsApp voice messages recordings was way too quiet. Upon researching this issue and experimenting with other apps like Telegram, I found that this was a software compatibility issue with WhatsApp itself and using a modified version of the app found on the internet solved this issue. I would have rather not have to deal with this issue but at this price point I am highly satisfied with my purchase.
