A lot of pop culture references which is nice. I think the addition of the death glove from Travis strikes back (even though it wasn't a great game) is an awesome addition. Plays about 30fps and higher. Doesnt feel 60 but its a nintendo game so....
Havent had any performance hickups (yet) but there was a day 1 patch when i got it so that probably helped it. Driving through the city requires time to get used to honestly. Little weird mechanics but manageable excluding the drift function, sometimes drifts opposite way. Easy software fix and definitely not a deal breaker.
I already love this game. Very similar to the first one honestly. No where close to beating but i always loved the No More Heroes series. Even bought the Limited Run versions of 1&2.
If you're new to the series, dont start here. Play the first 2. Switch eshop has em $20 each which is a steal honestly. If you're hesitant then wait cause it'll be on sale probably for no less than $45 cause that happens with games, but i think its well worth the $60.
Love the Series. Go for it.
This game is a wild and wacky ride through the universe of video games, with nods to classic games and genres sprinkled throughout. The gameplay is fast-paced and exciting, with plenty of action and combat to keep you on your toes.
One of the standout features of No More Heroes 3 is the character design. The cast of characters is diverse, eccentric, and thoroughly entertaining. From the goofy protagonist Travis Touchdown to the over-the-top boss battles, each character is unique and adds their own flavor to the game.
The graphics are also a major improvement from the previous games in the series. The environments are vibrant and detailed, and the character models are fluid and expressive. It's clear that a lot of attention was paid to the visuals, and it shows in the final product.
The soundtrack is also worth mentioning - it's a mix of catchy and upbeat tracks that perfectly complement the gameplay. The sound effects are also top-notch, adding an extra layer of immersion to the game.
Overall, No More Heroes 3 is a must-play for fans of the series and anyone looking for a fun and quirky action game. It's a wild ride from start to finish, and you never know what's going to happen next. So grab your beam katana and get ready to take on the universe - it's time for No More Heroes 3.
