    I bought this as a gift for my friend who needed it SPECIFICALLY for VERIZON. The description says "UNLOCKED" and in the Q&A, it says it is compatible with Verizon. I JUST received this phone today, and saw THIS on the package... (see image)"For GSM Carriers ONLY, NOT VERIZON / Boost, etc..."WHY IS THIS NOT IN THE DESCRIPTION?!?!? I know it says "GSM" in the description, but I didn't know that that was. It should give the SAME disclaimer for people in the ITEM DESCRIPTION; "NOT COMPATIBLE WITH..." THIS is what I get for trying to save $50 by ordering it through Amazon. SMH

    I had this phone for less than 2 months before it started giving me problems. When the phone rang there was no way to answer the phone, which is the same problem I had with the previous Motorola. I spent hours on the phone with them because of this and they sent me a used replacement phone and the very next day I had EIGHT different problems with it. The speaker phone didn't work, the notifications had no sound, and the volume adjusted itself. When I spoke to Motorola, they were rude and showed that they truly did not care. They then sent me another used phone and it has issues also. This is too frustrating to continue to call a company that does not care about their customers so I am basically out $250 plus the $55 warranty because I need to buy a different brand of phone that actually works. DO NOT BUY MOTOROLA PHONES!!!

    New phones have their quirks, but I've put up with just too much! Won't pair with my car stereo no matter what I try. (Pairs with everything else..?)
    I'm not a "techy" person, but automatically changes brightness level without me even moving around, and then comes back even if I check settings..
    Factory "turbo" charger takes about 3hrs to charge! Battery lasts only for just over an hour if I'm talking long distance, or on speaker.
    Now mic just died, and people can't hear me.
    Wish I never bought it.
    My regular G7 was way better.
    Even a bigger/clearer screen.

    Do not buy! The phone turns off on it own and stays that way for 30mins to an hour. Sometimes the volume works; battery life sucks. Unfortunately, my phone fell and and the screen got cracked the day before I could return it. :(. Motorola please refund! This was a birthday gift. What a sad ending. Again. Do not buy. Someone else in my family also have the exact same phone with the problems. Please note that I did not buy this product from Amazon.
