It has three major flaws in my opinion. First being you can't adjust the volume using just the headset when using the Bluetooth functionality with my phone. The second being I can't find a way to pause any media (audible, YouTube, etc) while using Bluetooth on my phone. The last is the noise cancelling makes a suction sound that I find absolutely unbearable.
I use it primarily for my phone but also on my PC, works fine for both. I drive an 18 wheeler and it does a good enough job not picking all the engine noise while driving.
I've had this headset for around 2 years and it still works just as well today as it did on day one. The RGB is stupid and I've turned it off since day one and haven't used it since. The mic works fantastic.
Don't bother with turtle Beach or Logitech nonsense, JBL (at least this model) won't let you down.

Poorly Packaged (Edit✓Second Wind)
3rd Update June 23rd 2021:After they replaced my model for thewhat seems like too many times..The headset has been holding up okay but it hasn't been without issues along the way. Still overall love the design but a bit wonky with the microphone especially after it bends over time and loses its originalform Making it less than idealfor longevity and clarity.
