These are pretty great for at-home weights. Nice range of weight to interchange when you’re feeling like adding or subtracting to accommodate the workout. Soft, cushioned bar for connecting the two dumbbells to make a barbell. Only cons I would mention would be the time it takes to screw the nuts on both sides of the dumbbells to ensure the weight stays in place, which, does come loose sometime. I find myself tightening them once or twice during each workout, but to be fair, it is easy to bump into the weights with a hip, depending on the workout, and loosening it by accident. BUT, it does not come loose enough to fall off, which is all I truly care about, so I would still buy this set despite that small flaw. In addition to this, if you wish to add or subtract weight to the dumbbells, it requires you to manually loosen the nut on both ends, which is a little tedious in the middle of a workout, unless you work your fingers quickly. Once you’ve taken them off and added weight, then put the nuts back on tightly, a few minutes have passed. Again, a small inconvenience, as I’ve found I can hold the free weights for certain workouts without having to add them to the dumbbells, until I feel I absolutely have to go up in weight. All in all, I am glad I have purchased this weight set and will continue to use them at home.

Item arrived in a timely manner.

The portion that I was initially worried about prior to purchase was the connecting rod. I was unsure of how sturdy it was but upon arrival the rod is sturdy enough to support the weight. The rod also has a foam padding that is comfortable to rest on the shoulders when performing squats.

The size of the dumbells are compatible with other weights as well. I purchased the 66 lbs set but I have weights at home and they fit perfectly onto this set as well which is a bonus.

I tried looking for weights in-person, but it seems most stores are at a shortage at the moment. I'm lucky I came across this product and am highly satisfied with my purchase.

Besides that, using nuts to keep the weights in place makes changing of the weights during workout annoying. You have to spend a lot of time changing the weights if you want to use different weights for different movements.

The main reason that I bought this item was because of the connecting rod which makes it more than just a dumbbell but it won't be useful after a few months with 0Kg weights (leaking sands)!!!!

The idea of these dumbbell bars is great. The issue is, it doesn’t work like the idea. First issue is that the bar is very flimsy. It only came with 66 lbs of weights. The second issue is that not all of those weight can fit on this bar. I had a maximum of about 48 lbs on this bar and it was starting to bend as you can see in the photo. Another issue - with the max weight I could put on it, there was no room to place it on my weight bench. You can see in the photo that my hands are in the exact place where I need to place the weights back on the rack. The only way I could have room was to take weights off the bar which reduced it to about 35 lbs. What is the point of benching 35lbs? If this is for a beginner child, fine. But not for adults. And it’s just impossible to add weights due to the flimsy bar and lack of room on the bar. The dumbbells and the weights themselves aren’t bad and I will definitely use them for curls and flys. I did buy a new bar tonight. So, I had to rate this low just due to the amount I spent and the 3 week wait to get them - I just expected more
