    Subject to change, but: this thing's great. Simple, matte screen(no reflection),user friendly, and syncs to my phone(Android user). No more messing with 15 different programs to do one task, as everything is GOOGLE! Much missed bonus: there's a number keypad. Music is "tinny" from the internal speakers, but in all honesty, who doesn't have an external Bluetooth hookup nowadays? Overall, a great purchase.

    I got this as a refurbished unit. Slight scratch on the cover, but overall in great condition and excellent price. I think overall it's a solid build, nothing feels flimsy including the keyboard and touchpad. The hardware is mated well to ChromeOS and apps such as the Chrome browser and Zoom run crisp and not laggy. The 15 inch display is the perfect size to handle hours of Zoom classes. Furthermore, the speakers are loud and clear (particulary compared to the HP Chromebook15). Where the cost-cutting was is in the display and it is the biggest drawback of this laptop, but I knew this going in. 780P resolution makes pictures and words a little grainy and the non-IPS display limits the viewing angle. I have to say for the refurb price I got this for, the display is not a deal killer at all and the display makes up for these drawbacks by having very good max brightness. They make an FHD, IPS, touchscreen version of this laptop if you want to spend the extra money, but I think this version suits our needs just fine.

    I down sized from my 9 year old HP to this gem! I admit I was very nervous to go from a 17 inch HP (that weighed a ton) to a renewed Chrome Book, but I'm so glad I did. Yes there is an adjustment to using the Chrome book, but Google has answered every question I've had. Super easy to set up, I'm 70, and only took a while to get everything I needed moved over. If you use Google or Chrome it pretty much set's itself up. Highly recommend!

    chromebooks in general are a scam but this is by far the worst product I've ever had. The webcam and microphone do not work, the slack of storage space is terrible and the wifi reciever is garbage so i cannot even use the cloud storage.
