  • 9. Can I cancel the stored value card subscription?
    Yes, you may cancel at any time. If you have already activated the service and you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use the wireless service through the end of the current service cycle for which you have already paid. For example, if your service cycle starts on the 15th of every month, you will be charged for a stored value card that will be applied to your wireless account 3 days prior to that service cycle (i.e., on the 12th of the month). If you cancel prior to the 12th, then you will not be billed for the next month's service and you will be able to use your wireless service until the 15th of this month. If, however, you cancel between the 12-15th after already having paid for the next month's cycle you will be able to use the service through the 15th of next month before the service terminates. Once you cancel the subscription, you will not be billed for any more monthly charges. You also will no longer receive the monthly credit to your Amazon gift card balance. If you change your mind after cancelling, you can restart your service within 60 days of cancellation and keep your existing phone number. If you want to resume the service after the 60-day period, you will need to purchase a new subscription and receive a new SIM kit resulting in a new phone number.
  • 10. Why am I not being charged taxes on my monthly stored value card subscription?
    The stored value card is similar to a gift card, the amount of which will be automatically applied to your wireless carrier account. They are not taxable; and all sales and telecommunications taxes will be determined by the wireless carrier when it is applied to your account.

I’ve only had the iPhone 12 mini for 4 months and it already has malfunctions happening. I even tried to follow the steps that was given to me by apple support but the same thing still happens… every time I try to open an app it would automatically crash… then when I try to restart the phone it would start flickering and swiping to different apps that I didn’t open. And this happens every couple of hours. Will not be buying from here again.

Only complaint is that Apple literally doesn’t give your the charging brick and give you a different type of charger. They did that so you give them more money they used to always give you a charger and a brick and now it’s only the charger :/

Pros
Phone call sound filtration MUCH better
Battery lasts forever performing phone calls or other heavy utilization tasks
Very fast processing and excellent gpu strength when needed

Cons
Phone call audio is not automatically on Bluetooth when it is hooked up

Will switch to regular phone audio again when already on the phone with bluetooth connected when merging calls

No speedometer on gmaps

Clicking multiple times for what would otherwise obviously indicate I want something else obviously but it does nothing (also couldn’t figure out I meant nothing typing this and will autocorrect and not easily change it back)

Screen precision is absolutely God damn horrendous

Lightning is its own pain in the ass

Many multiplatform apps are less intuitive or seem to run slower

When wifi is available but not connected it still tries to connect and slows mobile data to a crawl or will stop mobile data entirely

No easy way to look at previous apps from the home screen. Because the screen has such horrible precision trying to drag from the corner is difficult to do

It will obnoxiously decide a “maximum brightness” sometimes that is drastically less bright than actual maximum brightness while driving making it very difficult to see

I bought this phone for 2 main reasons, wireless charging and back tap. Both of these features don't work properly. The wireless charging only worked for about a month, then it stopped working. Apple supposedly has had a fix in the works since December. It still doesn't work. The back tap option also doesn't work reliably. You have to hit it very hard for it to work which isn't a good solution as this could end up breaking the phone over time. I've owned many iPad's over the years and have really enjoyed them. This was my first iPhone. It's also my last.

This phone is combines being no more useful tan a modestly priced Android Phone with also being much more difficult to use. An Android phone costing less than two hundred dollars is a much better value. Apple’s primary ability seems to be promoting or marketing this junk. It is not design, because the operating system is much worse than an Android phone. It is not building them, because the building of them is all done in Asia. So, there is no plausible reason to expect Apple to continue as a viable company.
