    Problem with turning on!
    First pair didn’t work after I charged them for several hours. Got a new pair after I got a return and just today I tried them and I have had the same problem! I’ve looked online and watched video and it seems to be a problem with a lot of these models!

    I purchased these for my son for athletic events and they have been very durable for a 11-year-old to handle. He keeps him in his backpack with tons of things that could smash it and they have not damaged at all and they play great sound.

    The design is really great. Solid in build and the sound is.. good. I wanted them to be worth the 100 and tax they are but the slight ringing at max volume Igor annoying in the first hour out the box and disappointingly, max volume is just decent not rivivaling anything past the $180 threshold in sound delivery. The buttons are nice to feel but if you have a fat thumb, transitioning through songs and volume can feel numb. I was surprised by how great the low end bass was but I’m constantly running them at max volume and for how beautiful these headphones look I’m left with a feeling of something being lost but this opinion is only if you’ve felt with Bose ,Sony ,B&O, things of that nature. They are a bit tight and a bit heavier than you’d anticipate but again, solid material. If this had an app with an equalizer I’d be sold but it is lacking at max volume but then again I’m just a spoiled millennial brat. The ear cushions are very lush the headband feels so solid I know it won’t break for years but when you realize how great the exterior is you get a bit disappointed that the sound is only “a little better than average” which is very vague in 2023 when there are so many options. I’m keeping them tho they are pretty sexy.

    The headphones are very comfortable and look great. The build quality is very nice as well. 4 or 5 stars for that...

    However, when wired to my computer there is no voice indication of what mode you are in. You have to just guess. Also, there seem to be two default modes when wired. If you just plug them in they are really loud and bassy and somewhat muffled. It sounds horrible. But as soon as you turn on ANC, or Ambient, or the other Default with the function button they lose about half of their volume. The EQ also changes. They become less bassy, which was nice. This was ok on my computer, but when using the wire on my phone I had to turn it all the way up and it was still not loud enough. So if you are getting these to use wired, then I would strongly discourage it.

    Bluetooth, on the other hand, was easy to set up and seemed to work fine. These things sounded great on my phone. Volume was good, sound was EQed nice. It was a very pleasant experience. Volume adjustment though through my phone was a bit stepped and not smooth. Also, there is a voice indicator of what mode you are in when you are using Bluetooth. That would have been nice when using the wire.

    There was one issue that I'm not sure was me or if the headphones are defective or not, but several times they just stopped working using the cable. No audio was coming through at all. I never exactly figured out why. I pushed the Control button in for a few seconds and that seemed to fix it, but not sure why they turned off to begin with. The battery was mostly full, so wasn't that. Wasn't the auto pause feature either, cause they were just sitting on my head.

    The ANC is acceptable, I think. Voices sounded canned, but it did get rid of low frequency noises, similar to my Sony 710ns. Although I think the ANC on the Sonys was better. The Ambient was ok as well, nothing special.

    I might would keep these if it wasn't for the poor volume when using it wired. If you are just wanting to use them for Bluetooth, then I can recommend them, but if you ever think you will need to use wired, then don't get these...

    Update: I returned these and got a full refund from Amazon. However, I contacted Urbanista and asked them if the lower volume issue when using wired was normal and they said it wasn't. They also said that using a different charging cable could fix something like this. I thought that was an odd solution to suggest, but maybe they are right. I've since grabbed the JBL CLub 950nc headphones and am much happier, so far...

    I don’t find these to be outstanding headphones because there is always an issue of connectivity between headphones and Bluetooth, I have to try multiple times
    The sound quality is ok but maybe that is because I’m used to my Bose

    These headphones are overrated but they will do for now but considering returning and just getting a new pair of Bose, I didn’t want to spend that amount of money again but we get what we pay for
    I am 98% sure I will return these headphones.
    Connectivity is an issue, you never know if you are on, off connecting because the light doesn’t blink as stated while pairing, sometimes they power on and other times they don’t. I REALLY wanted to like these headphones!
    They also don’t always stop when off ear, no light indicating green for go or anything!

    THESE ARE TRASH!!! They never connect, you can’t tell if they are on or off, and they are fully charged and still don’t turn on more than half of the time!
    DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH!
    I gave them a second chance before returning and they FAILED MISERABLY!!!
    And I forgot because I got caught up with connectivity
    It didn’t have a charging cord, I had to use on that was compatible to the device!

    Atemberaubend. Ich muss zugeben wenn meine Familie mich von einem anderen Raum aus rufen, höre ich absolut nichts! und daher gabs auch das ein oder andermal Beschwerden deswegen aber das Produkt liefert absolut genau was es verspricht .Es verbindet sich schnell, man kann gute Telefonate führen und sich frei im Haus bewegen oder tanzen nach Lust und Laune da es mit Bluetooth funktioniert. Ich habe es auch öfter draußen benutzt und hatte bis jetzt keinerlei Probleme!
    Durch den besonderen Look und der Farbe ist es ein richtiger Hingucker.
    Es hat alles was man will: Einzigartigkeit, guter ton, super Geräusch Unterdrückung und beste Funktionalität. Kein einziges mal hat es Probleme gemacht oder mich warten lassen.
    Ganz offen und ehrlich wer sich die nicht holt, verpasst eine ganze Menge!!!

    I've been using these for a few weeks now and found that the headphones look great, the sound is good and the ANC works well. But there are a few problems:
    - they don't pair with multiple devices. Meaning that if I want to use them on my phone, then move to my tablet, I have to remove the device from my tablet's paired devices list and then re-pair it. Every single time, no matter the device. This is time-consuming as you have to hold the button down on the headphones for about 10 seconds in order to put it in pairing mode.
    - sometimes the sound just doesn't come through. So far this has only happened when connected to my computer. Disconnecting and reconnecting seems to fix it.
    - not enough cushioning. I can't wear these headphones for more than an hour before my ears begin to feel crushed, and they can ache for a long time after removing. I've not had this problem with other headphones.
    - the headphones have to be carefully positioned to stop the charger from falling out

    In all, these are the most gorgeous, expensive, uncomfortable and frustrating pair of headphones I've ever owned. Will probably replace when my patience runs out.
