These were the biggest differences to me when compared to the official Samsung Standing Cover with S Pen (offered with many promotions, so you might be wondering if it's worth buying another case):
Pros
1. None of Samsung's case colors mix well with the Burgundy Fold 4, but the purple Caseborne matches perfectly.
2. Caseborne sits flat when folded. You will probably use the phone mostly folded for miscellaneous daily use, and it will get more and more annoying doing so while slanted on a table.
3. Caseborne has grips that makes the phone much less slippery to hold.
4. You don't have to pick between the kickstand or S Pen holder, or worse have to bring an extra attachment around.
5. Hinge protection. Mine is already scratched while using Samsung's case.
6. Better protection. It's an $1800 phone. Care+ insurance costs $11/month, but there is still a deductible for repairs. Samsung offered $1000 trade-in for the Fold2 two generations later. You do the math. Yeah, it's slightly more bulky, but that shouldn't be a deal breaker if you're getting the Fold4 in the first place.
7. Support small business. Business owner included a handwritten note in my package, and their cases keep getting better over time. Check out their social media for phone drop videos.
Cons
1. S Pen holder is difficult to open, but may get smoother over time.
2. Didn't fit the third party screen protector I already had installed, but they includes their own which fit perfectly and are easy to install.
3. If you like the color of the original phone, the case covers it all except for the area around the power button and the camera. (I guess this could be a pro if you don't like the color.)
4. The sliding hinge mechanism which uncovers the front screen while unfolded is a clever addition, but wiggles when unfolded and feels a little less sturdy when held from the left side.

Could be a bit tough to open but I like the tight secure fit. Hinge protector can also be used as a stand when unfolded to give you a slightly tilted viewing angle.Built In stand is quite good. Make sure it's fully locked in place when using the stand, you will hear a click.Fully covered vol + and Vol - buttons. They feel rugged and work without issues. Would like to buy more.The screen protectors are not built into the case which I like a lot. I think I'll end my case finding journey for this phone right here. I had the armor box previously and that was my go-to but this is the one right here for me. Main reasons being the screen is fully visible now when unfolded and the hinge design is something I've never seen before. It also comes with tempered glass unlike the other one that comes with a flimsy plastic screen protector overall this is the best one out there and I just added a little bit of grip to the back and side as it can be perceived as a slippery case still but other than that the design of this case with a chamferred corners and the rugged look to it is great. As well as the s pen hinge not being having to close manually every time you close the phone like all the other cases have. This one closes automatically and allows you to see the screen fully when unfolded if you take selfies that way with the main camera. I believe this case will hold up and has the same ruggedness as supcase and armor box
Update :
Had for 3 months and now hinge where spen is stored is coming off easily leaving hinge exposed. Created a warranty ticket and receiving a new one after shipping and handling. I will say though their customer support is outstanding. I just don't think there's any perfect case out there this one came close to it but there's obvious design flaws where the s pen holder clips to the metal bars on the phone it comes loose for no reason after a while and there's no damage it just slides off so you can literally pull the entire s pen contraption out.
Update 2. A month after replacement unit arrived, even with longer hinge rods, it still separated from the top leaving s pen to dangle apart from phone, doesn't even need to be dropped just comes loose after opening . Seems like this design won't work no matter what . Instead of laying $10 shipping every time, already $20 in shipping charges I decided to stick with my armor box. This case should be listed at $40 for the quality of the hinge and the slipperiness of case . It's just asking for you to drop it and claim warranty at this point .
Update: they are offering a version 3.0 saying it's 3 times better. How about sending those who has 2 replacements The version three for free instead of having them to continually pay $15 for shipping? Also your case company says proudly made in Texas or something China you should probably fix it.
